After working here in an administrative capacity, here is my experience:
- a typical day is stressful. upper management will constantly push you to meet deadlines even if it is impossible. i.e. trying to meet a project goal with no parts or extra hands available. you can't really make something with nothing.
- the hardest part of the job is the terrible communication, and it's not because of the language barriers. I have witnessed heated arguments, and in my own conversations with management, I have heard them talk about other people derisively. my coworker has even been told word for word, he is here to work, not to think.
- management seems incompetent. I have alerted them to problems and asked for advice multiple times, but with no result. in fact, they will forget about the same problem next week and ask me what happened.
- workplace culture feels exclusionary. each team has their own bubble and views one another negatively.
- the most enjoyable part is at least the coworkers in my team, who have supported me and tried their best despite the circumstances.

Bad for your mental health.  Will overwork you for very little money. 
Treat you like a child, micromanage you and put you down if you don’t follow their rules
They go against policy and management never follows any policy and constantly puts down employees. They are not leaders,  but dictators and rude and heartless.  Employees work in fear.  New people should run in the opposite direction. They will be nice to you to get you on board, but true colours will come out eventually. Consider yourself warned.

I liked working here. The atmosphere was great. I got along with the employers and employees. At my work station I packed products I shipped and received them. I counted inventory once a month. While I was there I learned the shipping and receiving systems and customisation's. I also received my forklift licence. What I liked most about the job was that I had my own station.

This is a company with a long history. So the organization, the management are all pretty matured. Engineering department are very easy to work with as a team. Engineers and technicians have good relationship to make it easy to transfer design to manufacturing.

Very friendly atmosphere within the company. People are very good. HR dep’t is very efficient and organize frequent parties for the employees. Very well organized and system followed company. Lot of opportunities to learn the technology. 

Loved being challenged every day, great work life balance, excellent team environment, lots of opportunity to showcase your skills, and always room for growth

Excellent work system,everything is on time and people are very respectful and workaholics, and work culture is exceptional.. very weak salary though.. unfortunately 

Everybody works as a team. Each help the other without discrimination. Positive work environment, get along well with other co-workers and management. Work load is not stressful, evenly distributed. 

Pay is below market range. It was good to work on the production floor as everyone is supportive there. Some departments lacks good leadership.
