Working for SIrius XM was more fun than I had imagined. 
Initially it was confusing to try and get into a work flow that worked best for me, but the systems are easy to use once they are learned and the actual work portion is the same thing repetitively. HOWEVER the variety comes from getting to visit all the different car dealerships in your area. You're dealing with used units but you are interacting with the sales managers and meeting new salesman all the time. You tend to make friends with the ones that are helping you all the time for arranging keys and such. But honestly if you have a good attitude and are professional, this job is excellent. Oh and the ability to adjust your hours for appointments and personal life is so handy.

In a typical day, you have a list of what dealerships you are going to visit, either based on requests, calling ahead, or prescheduling. You "punch in" on your app when you arrive at the dealerships, then go speak to your contact so they know you are on site. Get a list of stock numbers off the vehicles that need to be checked, ask your contact for keys, then go and start refreshing the units. Wash, rinse, repeat until you either have another appointment to get to, or you run out of units. Check out with your contact and go to the next dealership.
Keep track of hours, mileage, and which dealerships you visited. 

A typical work day consisted of Customer related IT troubleshooting of  SiriusXm driven applications for both online services and vehicle data service in relation to audio and data equipment such as Navigation, GPS and Infotainment setup for all major car manufactures with capable equipment. Meeting  key client indicators such as Quality, Root Cause Analysis and dealing with customer based tech issues. I learned that most often there is always a positive resolution in any task assigned to me. I had a positive and respectful working relationship with people I worked with in that we provided feedback and case resolutions consistently. The hardest part of the job was that it was difficult to advance. The most enjoyable part of the job was at the end of the day that you as an individual did your best and resolved any issues for the customer,
colleges and client.

I really enjoyed working for Sirius Xm, their pay was great, and id only have to sit there and answer calls, in a typical day I would take about 60 calls, and try and convince the customers to not cancel their services, I learned alot about customer data safety, Fraudulent Protect, Computer security, and collecting and safe storage of sensitive data,
The management of the company is fantastic, very well structured and professional, my co-workers and I got along amazing, we had a team, and I still keep in touch with them today, 
the hardest part of the job was the fact of how idle I was, I don't like to be cooped up for too long,
but overall it was really nice working with the team I did.

Getting sales talking to customers in Leeds

They want you to work in hot cars in 25+ degree weather with. Management lives out of town and has no idea what dealerships have what kind of inventory. The numbers in their computers don’t match numbers on the lot, but since they live out of town they’re unable to drive down and see for themselves. They don’t do much to help their employees yet expect them to bend over backwards.

Typical day starts with setting the targets for the day and getting right people in the right campaign. Learned patience dealing with agents. Co-workers are really fun to be with and encourage and support each other. Hardest part of the job is to see the people leaving you for silly reasons.  Enjoyed pizza lunch

A great place to work in.  Lots of projects and work to keep one busy.
Must be able to communicate with US side, plus be able to communicate and work different hours with remote off-shore groups, such as testers.

Nice people and a great product.  This is a great place for some people especially if you like a slower pace.

If a high pace environment is what you want then this is not your place.

That being said the place as amazing work life balance and the mid management team is very supportive.
