Working at Sitel has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The training is thorough, the team environment is supportive, and management is always willing to help you grow. There are many opportunities to improve your communication and problem-solving skills, and the company encourages internal promotion. The flexible scheduling and strong sense of teamwork make it a great place to develop professionally while feeling valued and appreciated.

Great place to learn and excel at computer software and costumer service, love the work at home program they introduced it made it easy for me to log in a lot of hours,  I would love to come back to the company,  I fit right in, sitel made me feel comfortable and able to excel at my skills to learn and to  execute my tasks, would love a Job at sites again or a job like it!

I would not recommend working here. The culture,and  environment  are toxic. I don use that term lightly. Management lies at every opportunity and encourage you to as well. There is no security and you are made to know that you are replaceable often, whether you make your metrics or not.

All levels of management are immature, spoiled brats. There needs to be change in this place as it is going downhill quick. Get rid of the children who are coaches, and replace with adults who care. 

Good wfm opportunity to start with, not enough place for growth. Sme’s and team lead are supportive though, but if you want to excel in the customer service industry you may be able to find better opportunities.

Very good company to work with. Management and the coaches are very good and helpful. They help is to grow and solve all the issues. I felt comfortable because the coaches are always there to help.

It’s one of the best call centres to work for. The campaigns are good with good clients and good management. Just a regular job to make money while you figure out your path in life

It was okay, lots of favoritism, not a lot of room for growth within the company. A lot of people were in and out within days or weeks because of who was in charge and how they would act.

They trained and prepared me well, got very lucky with scheduling as the better you perform in training the higher chance you have at picking your own schedule.
