Skybridge is a Really awful company that does not care about its employees and only wants certain ones to succeed rather than all the ones that can.

phone lines are number 1 priority and then they ask you to process mail which includes billing, payments, collection agencies and so fourth. Must be professional at all times. 

Management only picks out what employees do wrong yet will play mind games whether they will fire you not. no one learns anything while they work there and management picks favorites. 

The employees do the best they can for a minimum wage pay which is fine, the employees are really good people to work with but not work for. processing mail and being on the phones is not hard but if you accidentally say something badly you will get terminated or written up,.

Management is very organized, professional. Co-workers are friendly, I met some of the nicest people while working there. I was treated very fairly while working there, however, if you got on management's bad side, some of them (not all) would tend to pick on you.
Hardest part of the job would be dealing with irate customers, which is part of being in customer service. Management would applaud thinking 'outside the box', which I appreciated as I did that a lot.  
Overall, it is a very good company to work for as they do everything by the books, and do not break labour laws...something that is becoming more rare these days.

I would come in for my shift and get right to work. I would dwfinitely learn a little more about the product everyday and new ways to deal with our wide range of customers. Our managers were always on sight and willing to help or assist with any issues that we may have had. Hardest part of the job was dealing with customers. It was a fun and easy going environment. Given the nature of the stressful circumstances faced daily, you were able to relax given the environment.

It is an ibound call center where I learned to deal with different types of people with different personalities. Our supervisors are very considerate, handy and respectful. My co-workers are equally kind and fun to be with. The hardest part of the job is when clients are irrate as soon as you answer their call but very fulfilling if you had have helped them with their concerns.

We had assigned desks which is rare to find in most call centers, the coaches were very fair and helpful. Overall i loved the staff and friends i met while working there.

It was years ago, but I enjoyed working at skybridge and am eager to work full time hours again. I am an excellent employee, always at work on time, and a pleasant co-worker to work with. I am looking to start work immediately.

Skybridge Marketing Group was a great job with good management, I always had a solid 40 hour work week and never had to stay late, all the manager's were friendly and very helpful.

Although I have worked for the company for 18 years in various roles there is nothing else that I would do within the company.  The pay is not worth the job.
