Cater to long time employees & new employees are treated unfairly , only get hired if you know someone there and you’re recommended for an interview . Long hours & tip outs are unfairly distributed. Management gets highest percent of tip outs

A typical day of work would consist of me being a half hour early to prepare for my shift. When I worked line cook shifts I would show up a half hour early and prepare food before we start to serve our dinner menu. I learned how important it was to be able to keep up with other staff during our busy hours. I had very good co workers around me many of them were supportive of each other and never really had any disagreements. I think the hardest part of the job would be keeping up with a busy rush.

All well trained and comfortable experienced  trained staff. Team attitude  great management.. helpful and respectful  management.
Sticking staff always helping..and team atmosphere is very strong !

I don't suggest working here. Although the people you work with are amazing and they are very easy to get along with and the friendships I have gotten are amazing. But the owner is very rude and doesn't treat his employees the way they should be treated. You don't get any breaks even if you work 13 hours a day you may only get a 30 minute. He doesn't know how to treat his employees or approach them in a proper manner if they do something wrong, he screams and yells at them and tells them they are doing a horrible job.

A typical day at work was getting everything that I had to do done. I met customers from all over the world and it intrigued  me to find out and learn about their different  cultures. Not being able to understand when they couldn't  speak English. But after all I loved my job and did my absolute best at it..

What is the best part of working at the company?
The coworkers. They are very friendly.

The volume of customers. Miscommunication threw out staff

Positive. But like any work

More of a routine than anything. Just repetitive

Don't get me wrong I LOVE taking photos, it's just hard to push people to buy them for too much money. Yet your paycheck relies on them and the sales you make. Management is decent here, you make sales, your in the good books, you don't and you get the cold shoulder. If your good at your job it's pretty easy to make an advancement. Alot of stairs if your taking the photos upstairs. Beautiful view daily and lovely to meet tourist.

typical day at work is standing and welcoming customers and taking their photos. I've learnt better people skills and time management. The management is alright, can be very hectic at times. It is a very multicultural place. Enjoyable place to work. Hardest part of the job is standing long hours when it is not busy. The most enjoyable part of the job is the friendly staff.

A typical day at work includes selling photos to customers and tourists coming to enjoy their dining experience at the Skylon Tower. Enjoy talking with the tourists, finding out what to do to make the experience enjoyable. Very friendly work staff.
