Place is very poorly managed, especially the shipping department. Worst organization ever, supervisor is one hundred percent clueless on how to manage the employees. 
If you legitimately complain you will be ordered out the door - especially if it’s during your probation period, it’s classed as “probationary unsuitability”. Perfectly legal but completely immoral. Watched many people go simply standing up for themselves.
Management comes and goes, supervisors come and go. Highest turnover rate in any factory - in ALL levels. It’s talked about openly (daily).
Dirty - cafeteria has garbage all over, bathrooms are even worse. 
Massive favouritism in the plant, lazy workers are definitely favoured over good, solid employees. 
Even if you’re hard up, you’re better off on welfare than working at this factory.

The management focuses solely on attendance so you never want to be ill.  Having a family is definitely going to go against you here as you may have to leave work for personal reasons and will likely be disciplined for doing so.  They have recently made cuts to the already basic benefits to save money.  The workplace is messy, with  numerous machines leaking oil all over the floor.  People spread sickness as they are afraid to miss work for fear of losing their jobs and I have been witness to numerous people vomiting in garbage cans around the plant simply so they don't have to ask to leave.  They give preferencial treatment to the employees they like and the ones that they don't will be disciplined.

Hired as a co-op student for a summer and I enjoyed it so much I went back the next summer and once a week during the school year. I would say that the culture is where they shine. Small place so everybody felt like they were part of a family. I enjoyed the in-house tooling as an opportunity to learn on the fly about any errors I had made. Management was very friendly and tried to make sure we were enjoying our time and they did trust us with important projects.

I've been with the company for 11 years and worked my way through the organization, supporting the growth and demand for leadership.  The people at Sle-Co are great and we work together as a team to meet our business objectives.  My daily routine changed throughout the years, but we always strived to have a strong customer service orientation in everything that we did.  One of the challenges we face is maintaining and fostering the high level of care we have for each of our clients.  What I really love about Sle-Co Plastics is the people and the performance driven culture.

I was there for 4 years and was fired  because I finally decided to not be slave and stand my ground they dont keep employees long unless ur complacent they only care about there products and not the workers there is always misplaced blamed on the workers from the office dontt know what do besides blame others for there mess ups and the owner pays off the government and does everything g shady to keep open and if u get fired they make u sign a release form wich really is a joke because I got no money for them take by writing this so come at me sle co

This company has no standards regarding anything they produce, including successful employees. Ill-trained management and production staff. No one there seems to know what is going on minute to minute.

Expectations of low paid employees are excessive at best. Organization is lacking so greatly I'm amazed they have the contracts they do. 

Zero incentive. Zero pay increases and Zero appreciation for employees. Heavy favoritism is prevalent!

The only saving grace is the actual production staff who do try to help each other and care for each other. Which is kiboshed by management.

If you could get negative stars this is the place for them.  The owner and upper management target and abuse employees.  They break esa for salaried workers by not paying overtime but promising time in lieu but that never ever happens.   If you say anything at all you are terminated.   There is a reason not many people survive a year at this place.   If you want overtime...good news...plan on working every Saturday and again get in trouble if you are sick.

Working as assembly  line building car baby seats working in a fast pace to get a high quality number of seats assembled in a day.i would help everyone with getting theirs job fulfilled on time for I word get my job finished way a head of everyone .help then assemble boxes.build the widges that sets under car baby sets.alway keep area neat and clean for a safe work place.worked there for 4 years making 14 dollars an hour fulltime.

Management isn’t good the treat people with no respect no matter what you do for them they always complain about cell phones but office guys are always on them and they don’t pay attention to forklift drivers I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone they fire all the good people and keep the lazy ones they don’t give any proper training there

A fairly relaxed environment, nothing too stressful, and fairly light weight activity, albeit very repetitive. Managing boredom is the biggest challenge.  In my experience the upper management was fair, though definitely found a couple of the shift managers to be dismissive of anyone below them, and even duplicitous.
