•Ensure testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfillend-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues
•Clearly and concisely record, track and report the status of bugs, enhancements and other software changes
•Make recommendations for improvement of applications to developers and project teams
•Create new performance test scripts and scenarios (Load Runner)
•Modify existing scripts to reflect any change in the functionality or structure of existing applications (Load Runner)
•Design and developed SQL scripts for back end testing
•Build test cases to assist in the testing effort
•Report and resolve issues uncovered during testing
•Ensure that bugs and requirement variances are being appropriately communicated to development for correction
•Fully document any unexpected bugs or issues identified in testing with instruction of how to recreate them
•Work in collaboration with IT and Development teams to ensure that the solution functionality is well tested and documented

I enjoy a lot working for Smart Test Inc. Great people, fun workplace with professional team leads that are dedicated and responsible. I have learned a lot from Smart Test Inc, I became very skilled working with HP QC and HP QTP. There are a lot of things that I enjoy working as a QA, for example participating in meetings and discussing current and sometimes upcoming projects, testing applications and reporting bugs (we sometimes compete with co-workers who will found more). Sometimes I have to work with very little directions which stimulates me even more to demonstrate 100% success.

Working day is very busy and interesting. Although I have lots of experience in the job field, I learned new strategies and strengthened my skills. Management is very kind and helpful. Co-workers are positive and fun. Generally, the Smart Test Inc. surrounds the employees with high professional environment.

It's great work place with flexible hours. There is lot of scope of learning new things as they have various projects. Management is good and understanding. Sometime there are long hours.
