Working in the Wireless Industry is exciting. You learn new things almost everyday, and you get to help customer solve problems regarding their phones and cellular desires. You meet new and interesting people on a daily basis and create a lasting relationship with main contacts at big companies. Yes there are days were you have difficulties helping a customer with an issue as you can only help soo much before you hands are tied with limitations of being a private dealer. There is superb support from my colleagues, they are always a quick call away to offer assistance. I have learned many business skills working with Smart-Cell Communications on top of what I learned being in this industry for 7 years. I have leaned time management, organization, multi-tasking and data entry. The main skill I have learnt is managing an office.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The culture and business model.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Competition. 
Sales World. Meeting dpmt expectations. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fantastic and welcoming. Sence of ownership and gratitude. Great next step for for any B2B/IoT, sales rep with experience.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Days went by very fast. Not enough time in the day. Between friendly colleges and down  time, there's no way a sales role with SmartCell will be above expectations with a 9 to 5 mentality. I'd close my laptop at 6:30 at times even  past 8pm. You decide how much Money/ Surgeon  Money, there is for the taking. Quite staggering!

The coworkers are phenomenal. I made life long friends, but, they will get rid of you out of the blue, with no explanation or warning. Blowing up stellar worker dynamics and morale, tenure means nothing. They do not try to retain their employees, they rather start over if you're not perfect. It's a numbers game, so you better be good because if the new guy has a slightly better month than you, you're out by the next quarter.

Little to no on-site management to witness the team dynamic and value each person bring to the table. Again, all about the numbers. Sad, because I liked the job and miss my co-workers terribly.

Smartcell Communications is a growing and dynamic organization providing competitive and innovative solutions to the wireless needs of business and corporate clients. In addition to being expertly managed and employing superlative customer service and sales representatives, the working environment at Smartcell is genuinely enjoyable while maintaining a professional ethos. My time at Smartcell has really helped me to improve my collaborative working skills, which will help me in all of my future endeavours.

SmartCell gives you the opportunity to do really well for yourself. They give you all the tools to be successful and have excellent management that guides you through any problems or challenges. I would recommend any self starter type sales person that wants to work hard and be of service to their clients to think about working here. It’s not easy and you need to have thick skin to take a lot of no’s from customers but it’s all very rewarding in the end.

Work was easy but can be overwhelming sometimes. First day at work no microwave heat you food. Worst ever manager who never supports and took all the commission for the sales that front guys made and gave no credit to them. I would not recommend anyone to working in one specific location. Not sure about the locations

What is the best part of working at the company?
The co-workers in the local store.
Management doesn't seem to "get it".

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Untrustworthy management is the worst part about the place.

Expected to lie and sell products to clients even if they don't want them.  You must live, breath sleep SmartCell or you're not a good fit.  Be prepared to be treated poorly by customers as well as upper management. Local office is very toxic 

Good teams and foundation for support with day to day work. Overall compensation is fair and you get out what you put in to it.

Compared to other dealers I have worked with they are on top of the business and supporting their employees.

The employees work really close together, and well. The work is easy enough but can become overwhelming at times. The job offered me the opportunity to directly handle clients orders, and personal information.
