I have worked with the company for almost 15 years and I just want to say that I can’t be in a better place. 
I am lucky to work with amazing people that cares about the pharmacy and the clients. 
The owner and the management team are very supportive and compassionate with the staff. They understand that being a LTC pharmacy the workload can be heavy sometimes but they are always looking for better and innovated ways to help and support the team and to provide the necessary tools that are needed to help with the workflow and to maintain the best pharmaceutical care to our clients. 
There are always opportunities to grow within the company. 
The management team is flexible, compassionate, listens to the staff concerns and tries to find solutions in a timely manner. 
The training is provided on a daily basis by the pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians and management team. 
The company provides constantly lunches to the staff and recognizes the people that goes above and beyond. 
Smartmeds is a great company.

Due to the nature of the business, some times work can be hectic. 

Owner is very supportive and enjoys visiting with employees on a regular basis for input on how things are going, status of various company items and just to say "Hi."

Most crooked place I ever worked.  Complete revolving door for Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants because they don't care and feel they are replaceable.  Promised me a certain salary after probation, didn't even come close to matching what they promised.  I worked there for 6 months and it felt like 6 years.  Quitting and walking out of there was one of the best feelings I ever had.  The tension and stress isn't worth it.

In a daily work, there was time for everything. i learned so many medications and different drugs that I didn't see before. The building is a multicultural building where we value respect and equality. The only thing that is hard for me was getting the medication on time.
The most enjoyable part was there were lots of food. Colleagues and friends brought food for everyone and we enjoy pot luck!

Never worked at somewhere so horrible. Worked 8 and a half hour shifts every single day, was given one half an hour break. The place is a crowed mess with people constantly quitting. They tried to have me last minute cover someone elses job that I had no knowledge on. Everyday there left like punishment, the only enjoyable day there was the day I quit.

This is one of the best companies that I ever worked for. Management is great and approachable. Work culture is very relaxed but competitive. I have learned a lot ever since I joined this company, and got opportunities to increase my skills. I see myself working here for next 10+ years.

worked with some really great people.  Management was definitely lacking as a lot of the time they were not present.  Training was definitely an issue and something that should be looked into

Fast pace environment. Good team work. Good company culture. Helping employees to grow professionaly. Initiating and executing employees ideas for improvement of work flow.

First of all, i enjoy the people i work with. They are very professional and productive in work. I am getting new learning opportunities and i see myself growing with the company.

People "throw each other under the bus". No collaboration. Managers play favourites. Management has no training in HR.
Cameras everywhere no trust. See employees in tears daily.
