Cleaning lockers, and cart rental products is not a justified job for anyone to keep for a long period of time.
I however did stay for 5 years, as the people I worked with were my reason for coming to work.
I grew to love and care for most of the staff, and even now am like family with the majority of them to this day!

You get to walk around the mall all day, which is fun in it's own way.

Management when I worked there was corrupt, and unfair.
I have heard the company investigated these people, and have had them charged. So it should be better now.... One can only hope.

Pretty simple and laid back job most of the time. The hours you get can vary, it can be as little as 15 hours or less, or up to 30 if you get lucky. The distribution of the hours can be hit or miss in my opinion as I find that some workers are more favoured than other since they consistently get more than 20 hours every week. The job will only be fast paced and stressful during peak times such as long weekends and holidays and whenever there is a massive influx of guests at once. 

my typical day at work is helping passengers to get cart for the bags.I learned how to communicate with costumers in different cultures.My management thought me how to be a responsible person  ,am friendly worker with my workers and reaspect them at all times. the winter time is the hardest becuese the carts are cold to handle.th e most enjoyable part form has to be working with my friends at work.

The workplace was a standard 40-hour work week. The process of unionization was long, and the process of security clearance was managed poorly. The work culture was very welcoming, but management was a problem when it came to listening to the union's demand

The typical day at work is pretty relaxed and laid back. Coworkers are generally really nice and you get along with them fairly easily. Management is pretty friendly as well. But you are not paid more than minimum wage and there is little room for advancement.

Alot of workers in the company so you will always get a hand working in whatever area they place you in. 
Convenient food place inside Pearson airport good workers good management good  service. Comfortable environment easy work.

During hiring process they only hire ethnics and not the standard person. Part of company culture.

Management does not talk highly about company or employees. Time to leave. 

Need a culture change within this company.
 

it was my first job. I learned alot there. work was easy and you meet alot of people. the office was small but the small amount of staff are friendly with tasks not difficult to do. i worked there a long time and had the time of my life.

great job learned a lot while i was there. my co workers were awesome. the hardest part of the job was having to be on my feet all day . my most enojoyable moment at the job was helping the people
