They have very old machinery that going out of order very often. 
The working days are poor organized, that is why they have a lot of rush orders.
No proper ventilation on site, so you get paper dust and glue fumes  in your lungs. In  the summer it is very hard to work there because of extreme hit, they buy water and popsicles instead of install proper ventilation. 
The trade union is a complete joke. They do not care about workers at all.
Extremely toxic environment. 
Stay away from this company, do not waist you life time. Not worth it. 


If you are new or general labour it has benefits to advance but once you hit a certain position within the company there isn't much else to do other than stay at that job title. I enjoy working there because it's a steady wage, steady hours, overtime available and there is always work to do. Wages could be better compared to similar jobs. Very friendly place to work, busy and slow it varies.

Some old worker there are soo lazy  and they are going throw all the hard work on you  and act like they own the place .
There is some nice people there too .
You’re not excused if you didn’t show up even in the biggest snow storm.
No overtime if you want to earn extra money . 
Zero help between the workers just in front of the supervisors . 
Just three sickness day a year .


At this company you’ll be forced to do back breaking work for pennies. Management doesn’t care about their employees and won’t even give you an extra water bottle on a day that has a heat warning. The most depressing place to work, I’ve never seen anything like it. I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy. 

Enjoyed my time there and only left because I was forced to move by my landlord who sold the house.
 Got along well with everyone and enjoyed what I did. Supervisors and company owners were supportive.

management has poor communication skills, as well as favoritism within the workplace causing uneven distribution of advancement. Poor ability to follow proper procedure in the operation of a company of that type and size [as the stitsville location].

Management here has either no idea what they're doing, don't care or are just complacent. Do not apply here. They care more about results than actually maintaining their equipment,

The job is decent. Management could use a little more communication but staff is friendly regardless of floor to office communication. Decent pay but could be a little higher for the positions held 

The work is fun and steady.  Overtime is available regularly.  On hot days the managers brought us water and in the afternoon we had ice-cream.  Everyone works together as a team.
