Snabb Delivery

I worked delivery for a bit and the compay culture is purely negative and stressful. The odfice always backs up restaurants evrn when they are at fault. They will fure drivers right away if n issue happens. They carr more about themselves than the drivers. This place has thr highest turn over rate. They will hire anyone. I know some drivers who dont even have insurance but still work for them because the office doesnt ask for proof of insurance. 
You don't make the amount of money they say as advertised. 
You make much less they favor certain drivers that's being there since the beginning they're called your platinum drivers. They give those drivers the best deliveries short distance and the new drivers or anyone else they give you far delivery which waste your time and gas. 
Overall bad experience for myself and a lot of people that are there. 
The pay is terrible to make $100 you need to work from morning till close which hourly comes up to 8 $10 an hour.
On average I've made 50 to 60 bucks a day and I wasn't favored.
The ones hanging on to this job are the desperate ones or ones collecting welfare or EI.

I worked at the Windsor office recently for 3 months and I would make over $100 only 2 or 3 times a week. Minus gas that's about $70-$80 a day. I consistently was #1 or #2 every day in terms of the amount of deliveries made (12-16) but rarely made what they said I could make. Some days were too busy because they didn't have enough drivers then other days I would wait up to 2 hours to get a delivery when they had too many drivers. The amount of "float money" I was asked to have changed from $150-$200 in my interview, then I was told it was $200-$300 and finally I was told I should be prepared to have up to $400 of my own money daily. That was enough for me as they view drivers as "a dime a dozen" while hard work, helping out and working extra hours when they're short drivers was taken for granted and quickly forgotten.

Expect to rake in maximum $20 per hour at the busiest time, and less than $10 at the non-busy hours.  Snabb requires you to physically sign in and out at their office, their office isn't staffed consistently, and is a lot more stringent about which shifts you  can take than they tell you at the onset. 
Overall friendly people, but clearly an upstart with a lot of problems.  If you want daily cash payout, this may be for you. 

Their dinky app and agreements with restaurants (they have their own with the restaurants but also have the contract for Just Eat) mean that full pay per order is roughly about 20-30% less than with other delivery service or directly with a pizza place.

The job itself is easy and doesn’t require much work; you pick up orders and deliver them to customers. I worked here for a period of three months, and had enjoyed the peoeple I met/laid back environement. However, the pay is non-sufficient for the expenses you’ll have to indure: oil/filter changes, gas costs, vechile repairs and commerical insurance. I saw a minimum of 30 people come and go in a month, myself included after finding a better position. It’s highly recommended if you need part-time work, however as a full-time position you’ll make below minimum wage. Best of luck to all drivers.

Management is clueless, not open to new ideas, or suggestions. Probably run by former driver from another company.. Who knows maybe he was treated the same way so decide to open his own company. Figured he knew best.

Well he is clueless. Wait times at restaurant for pick up is over an hour. As in when i drove for him restaurants always asking why it took so long.

means tips start to dwindle, and the 150+ a day is a joke!!!! And then you have to pay all of your expenses.   Gas, insurance oil changes etc.

Worked for then, for a little over a month. Was making less than half the $$.  First day working for myself made 200+

I am currently a dispatcher at Snabb Delivery, and I love my job!
Scheduling is very flexible, co-workers are amazing and work very well together to help each other out. The atmosphere is overall very welcoming, and the drivers are very friendly with all of the dispatchers. I love getting to meet new people all the time and also enjoy the challenges of rapid growth in the company. Overall a great place to work!

This was the worst delivery job I’ve ever had. Their $150 in their ad that you make is complete bullsh!t. I worked the first night and I made $95 hardly any tips over 9 hours. Take away your gas $30 now you made $65!!! I said I’d give it another shot after working 5 hours I figured out I made $17.35 that is absolutely garbage!! Stay away from these crooks!!

Please read all reviews as they are true. There is no such thing as $150 a day, you'll be lucky if you make a quarter of that in 6 hours on any given day. If there was the option to give no stars that's what this delivery service would have got.  Terrible management with zero people skills.

Great place to work if you are looking for a part time flexible job. They pay cash daily, so if you need some quick extra cash you can pick up a few shifts. They are always looking for drivers, definitely no shortage of work. Overall a positive experience!

Great company to work for. It is a start up going against big companies like skipthedishes and uber. Great environment with a lot of perks.They listen to you when you have new ideas.
