Very flexible. Almost perfect except there is currently no job opportunities due to no events. Having to fill in with temp work which is going well so far. Good for me because my availability shifts week to week.

They say: here’s the available shifts, when they come up. Then ask if you are available. You can work whichever shifts you are able to. I’ve had some issues around parenting responsibilities and availability and this + temp work seems to be a good solution. I can work more when my kid is at his other parents house and less when he is with me.

Some parts of the year the work load in the Industry becomes slow

Diverse and full of character as well as life. Everyone is hardworking while also being easygoing and professional 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Loading and uploading as well as setting up and installation. Learning new things constantly.  Lots of teamwork and everyone is there for each other to lend a helping hand or advice/instruction

For me great work shifts.
Slack safety and consistency of  procedures.
Too many supervisors with differing and confusing directions.
Review of working procedures and staff allocation needed for specific tasks.

Great company to work for keep in mind it is a staffing agency. You can work as much or as little as you want, very friendly work environment, management is great and easy to get along with booking calls and timesheets.

Snap hoek production is a good and fair environment with a lot to learn and prosperity a good company with good paying wages multi cultural company with great staff and.

I like the work environment and working culture of every individual working with the company. The work is stress-free and you get compensation. Working with matured and professionals too also make me feel comfortable.

I learned tons being there. How large productions happen. The hardest part is the fast pace and heavy lifting. Everyone is quick to help eachother though. Management are awesome and easy to communicate with.


Always a great working environment with great people, collaborating on awesome projects with equality and safety as primary concerns during gigs and work day.

You have to be prepared to work hard, but Snap treats you really well compared to a lot of other entertainment labour companies. Travel pay, overtime, etc. is all great.
