I feel very fortunate for this work opportunity. Management was supportive, fair, and flexible. They do everything they can to curate a work environment and provide you with tools conducive to your growth and success. It is easy to see how much the co-founders care about the staff, the work, and the direction of the business. I found this very motivating. The job itself (B2B sales) is a great gig- repetitive and desk-oriented, however, you do learn invaluable sales and business skills. Also, the onboarding experience for sales felt somewhat unorganized and directionless, but after a couple of months, you really start to understand the work. (This is a niche business, so be prepared to take in lots of entirely new information!) 

Coworkers here are kind, genuine, cooperative, and willing to help you whenever you need. It is easy to see that inclusivity and diversity are important to the company. 

The office building is conveniently located in downtown Kelowna, right next to the main bus exchange. There are a ton of excellent restaurants and cafes nearby... this could be a good or a bad thing, depending on the person... I say good. 

I truly recommend this local business- honest work, good people, respectful and motivating management, and opportunity for professional development. 

This is a wonderful place to work. The management team are great and supportive. There is always room to grow and opportunities to use more of your skill set past what is in your job description. 
We have a diverse staff that includes all sorts of people. We try to get together every once in a a while (especially around holidays) for a little party so all the departments get to know each-other which is great for over all team building.
The work itself is interesting I really enjoy it.

A great place to work - management is supportive and reasonable, the office is clean and quiet and located downtown right next to the bus loop so it's very easy to take the bus to work. The other employees are respectful and cooperative and it is obvious that inclusivity and diversity are important to management. It is a full desk job, but they provide standing desks which are very helpful. They make an effort to plan functions for staff. If you enjoy a desk job, I highly recommend working here!

Software Modellers is a great company to work for. They have a comfortable office environment which is conveniently located in downtown Kelowna. They provide you with is room for growth since they are a growing company and will need more individuals as it expands.  The owners and staff are super nice and easy to talk to.  One plus is that they have a shorter workday on a Friday with many Office Potlucks and events for employees to relax and have a great time at work.

A great place to work! The work is interesting and requires a high level of attention to detail. The owners are great and super passionate about their business. The management team is incredibly supportive as well. They truly value your ideas and opinions. There are also a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend working here!

An added bonus is that there are often dogs in the office :)

All staff is friendly and help each other. I have learned how to handle my time with efficiency and handover processes and documentation to the other departments on the company. It is a great place to work and get experience in the e-commerce business.
The office is located in the downtown, there is a car park for the workers, everything is near it and there is a bus stop in front of the office for convenience.

Do not apply to work for this company, especially for the case manager position.

It is a job that is very demanding, which management doesn't understand. We are also severely understaffed and disorganized.

They keep creating more middle management positions to micromanage us, which makes us more inefficient.



Software Modelers is great place to work. There is an excellent company culture and structure. Management always gives you the tools and advice to succeed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun place to work and an exciting challenge.
