Great company. Best treatment I've ever had at a jobplace. Very fair respectful people to work for.

It's not bad for most part but can be cold or hot it's not a controlled climate.
Workers are friendly but are certainly a different breed. As for I fit in great

Can be busy at times 
 Olther days not alot on the go have to keep yourself busy. Cleaning etc

The continuity of the company's work should be seen and attention should be paid to the work and if the work is profitable for the company to do this work

If the company has more forward orders, it will be difficult to work

Doing the job well and being focused on the job gets along well with everyone

Hard to find support in my line of work or role. Just rely on the what you can get from online.

Very inclusive and always value your opinion. I work remotely so not much interaction at the office

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I’m always in the road or in the farm prospecting. If I’m in the office I’ll be attending a meeting

As summary says, the work and hours are incredibly inconsistent throughout the year depending what season it is. The work can be tough at times. Pay is mediocre, but lots of OT opportunity. People there are generally pretty laid back as well.

The office I work in is rather small compared to many of their other locations. But it is friendly, comfortable, and a nice to place to be while at work. Their is a positive, tolerant culture at the company and they strive to ensure that work life balance is actually being met.

Always looking over your shoulder. Not part of a team if you are not part of the senior management team. Psychological abuse by partners is constant. HR does not care about the staff. Very intense place to work at. 
Salary is very low vs industry standards. Poor leadership. The GM has no clue.

Good career opportunity but requires lots of patience, lots of dedication, lots of overtime but you learn aloott and come out of there with much more experience . Depending on your team ..the environment might be bad or good or great ..

Lot of transformation and challenges but nice team as well as leadership team to work with at the central office which bring lot of opportunities!  
Great culture!

Easy going place, everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. Decent pay and benefits, senior management very approachable and open minded to suggestions.

Nobody likes to show up supervisors definitely pick favorites and when it comes to family emergency THEY DO NOT CARE ONE BIT pay is good if you hate your life
