Work 9 hour days Monday-Thursday and Fridays are 8 hours with every second Friday off. There is a lot to learn and there is always different projects which keeps the job interesting. It is very hard to weave through the hierarchy of the office to receive raises or get your opinion heard. But if you're happy with just putting your head down and working at a steady pay rate with steady hours then its a great place to be. The standard for work is high, which is also the most enjoyable thing about the job. Standing back and looking at a panel or VFD or MCC with maticulous wiring, clean lines, and everything labeled and tagged in a professional manner...that's what I love about the job.

Learned a wide variety of experience, knowledge, and skills from both employees and management. A day consisted of doing various tasks not always related to a specific trade, but overall helpful to contributing towards company goals and development. 
Found it easy to get along well with other like-minded trades employees, and clear communication was given for tasks on hand by field management.  
Diverse and overall friendly culture. 
The hardest part of the job was dealing with safety obstructions and heavy materials, sometimes in confined tight work areas surrounding machinery and equipment. 

If you enjoy, dangerous, unsafe work, being forced to breath paint as your working/welding (which is completely illegal), unqualified and not properly certified aluminium welding with no exhaust whatsoever (also very illegal), don’t forget the garbage pay and slave schedule unless your on buddy’s favourite side. Oh yea and lots of unsolicited DP’s from married old creeps lol
They don’t care about you, your Health, or your general well-being at all, they just want people desperate enough who don’t know what they’re worth to do the work the older guys don’t wanna do.
Don’t waste your time

Lots of fun for me but depends on your personality, some hated it with a passion. best for apprentices looking to get their feet wet in the industrial or manufacturing world.

The safety on site was a huge joke, welders not wearing their face shields and other personal working on site with no regards to safety. Electricians were doing metal work and welders were doing electrical work at times, there is no real established work you do in a given day, its scattered and in the end, a nightmare. 

Fun place to work at, very hands on. They treat you very well; regardless of ranking on the ladder. However, there is very little feedback on the quality of work that the worker is outputting, so you are perpetually uncertain whether or not your work is satisfactory.

Owner would come to shop and micromanage crew, no raises promised, and unsafe shop. Expects employees to use personal vehicles to transport insulation. Most of the job is Drywall, insulation and painting. Will hire certified welders to do drywall and insulation. 

Easily the worst job ive had, if you take your apprenticeship seriously do not work here you will learn absolutely nothing, worked here for 2 months as an electrician and got no opportunities to grow on my skills, you will bash metal together and paint floors if you get a job here.

world work there again just time to see whats out there and what people will say, i work hard and i want to have some one invest in me, if i see some one giving me a chance i will not let them down.

Never cared much about what you did as long as it got done. They are always looking out for #1 and that's not their employees. Lucky to get relevant Trade training or work associated to your trade at all.
