This is a hard company to work for. Very fast paced, stressful and people get injured quite frequently. It is just covered up by management. You're just a number to management even if you exceed expectations on a daily basis. No option to move within the company so you will forever be a line worker. They only hire their own people that they already know aswell so they can treat you like garbage.

Son's Bakery is designed for a motives and a Chanel for you to develop your Bakery skills, you have opportunities to work in a different department, and these give you chances of getting another experience, whit what you have from other job.

Management no nothing about engineering work and they though they put there nose on every thing every one in the company act as a manager with new employees especially if he is not from there community .they are unfair and digressive with well educated people.

Top management don't think about company future .  Stressful job.  People on the line are friendly .Wages are not high  for professional workers. Top management is main factor to forget this company for forever.

we are working long hours, peoples are kind but we dont like  how the management acting to some issiues like being unfair how they treat workers. they pay us good money yes, but i dont like the new management..

I learned different idea everyday and its fun to work with different people specially there skills and background

I wouldn't recommend this job to a homeless person it's that horrible. There is no respect for workers or their families.  Management is the WORST ever. A bunch of cheap criminals operating that bakery.

A lot of the staff have been at the bakery for over 20 years.
Benefits/pay/pension plan in the best I have every seen.  But not a very social setting.

Its a big building with 24 hours operations.   Have worked here for six weeks as practicumer.   I enjoyed my job as a member of the maintenance team.

Good company, good hard working people. Long hours but pays well and paid lunch too.
Need some work on safety and upgrade machines but getting better..
