The company just want to hire a "cheap person". It is a good place to start if you have zero to minimum 1 year experience. After that, you should consider to move to another company which is willing to pay you a higher rate with your skill level. Of course you can get more benefit also. Don't be fooled by what HR tell you at the interview. All of the project manager was leaving the company after 1-2 years working. That's the reason why they had over high rate turn over. 

this company is not right place to work, no production management, no planning, just politics, rascism and lot more other things, there are certain people re working from some specific country and they can not accept the other external guy, so everyone will start playing against to, that will affect your mental health, so beware do not, do not even try to go for this company

Always start with safety and great mood. I learn how to plan in older setups. Management team encourage you accomplish your goal. our workplace is diversity it bring Variety of different perspectives. The hardest part of the job is weather and the reason is the door is open in work time.

I was working at the Drew Road location in 2019 and the pay was decent for the job, with pay increases coming as you were trained in a new area. The environment was relaxed but disorganized. The company treated employees decently too, we had a company bbq and a pizza lunch in the three months I worked there. 

Good for new comers to Canada,  good place to start work,  good benefits,  always something to do, just wish there was other positions available to work,  otherwise a great job

In my 1yr experience here, I would say management could definitely learn to treat employees with more respect.  To me they would oftentimes speak down to workers. Pay could be better as well.

Very fast paced work, Management is not good and salary is low as compared to other window/ curtain wall companies . Job is stressful, no respect from the quality supervisor.

At sotawall, there was no advancement in the position and salary. The management is also not good. They don't care about their employees. Only recommended if you have just graduated from college and wants to gain some experience.

Work culture is very nice. Good to work. Benefits also nice.You form close bonds with your colleagues. There is often poor communication within my store, also a great lack of initiative throughout most employees.

No bonuses, no incentives. There are lack employees that is leaving you no choice to work alone. Low pay but theyre expecting high quality results. The people are gossipers and backstabbers. The managent got bad attitude
