I was let go because I had altercation with property manager.. because he refused to move the pylons.. so drove the cement block... Because he was illegal charging people to park there he had no license to charge people for the air show.... I believe that Bayshore property company owns that property that was the reason I was let go..  plus there lack of training and my manager is Cambridge and office I work is in Barrie.. what is the point of having management if you cannot reach them..  the owner care more about the appearance of the company then the actual employees.. it's all cover up.. shallowness runs the company.

I enjoy working here and i appreciate the mutual respect between owners/management and employees. Its a pleasure to work somewhere that says they're going to do something and does it. The people here are lovely and were very patient with me while i was training. The Barrie office location is beautiful across from the water and i appreciate that my position allows me to work remotely. They released great marketing emails for me and i felt that their work into marketing me made me feel appreciated and worthy. 

The company is growing quickly and i appreciate that this means there's room to grow. 

It started out amazing I loved working there, however once management and ownership changed they expected a lot from supervisors and managers yet didn't pay them fairly. When asked employees were put on a list and let go for asking what they deserve after being told to do so by the COO. Hiring a lot of upper management doing roles no one knows yet not focusing on the staff working deals is bad business. Their benefit plan is also garbage, employees pay 100% so the company can save costs. 

It's interesting to me that in the adds it says that you are only working 1 Saturday a month when in actual fact it's more like 2-4 Saturdays a month. Especially in the busy season. The owners are great and very friendly. However they tell you one thing and then do another. It's almost expected that you work through your lunch that you do not get paid for. The staff are awesome and they try and keep you motivated with events like pot lucks and whatnot. However do not disagree with anyone or it will come back and bite you in the bum.

The management's expectations that work comes before family is ridiculous.  The job itself reminded me of being in high school again where there was a lot of little cliques and if you didn't fit in with them you were left to hang.  The job per se is not hard, but it can be mentally draining sometimes between the customers and the management. Management did acknowledge staff birthdays with a small "party" at the end of the month for all employees birthdays for that month.

Most days are overwhelming with a lot of work but the staff are nice and helpful. Learned to allocate few hours to different scopes of work and kept the flow going. Staff are very nice. Small office atmosphere. Keeping up with the volume was hard. Enjoyed the team work but more so the part where I worked independently and could pace myself.

Management is so-so, you get left to yourself most of the time. When I ran into problems, I just felt like management didn't care. They would not offer good advice or read notes on the file first so it was pointless bringing issues to them because they would just suggest something I already did. Some employees were unreliable and would actively try to trip you up. Not very supportive atmosphere.

There is working every other weekend with no day off during the week.  They had where you would get your birthday off.  There was no room for advancement.  Some managers were amazing to work with while others were not.  The training was always being improved on.   see the other reviews as they cover everything else.

Management is horrible, they lie and cheat to get you in trouble. If you don't kiss someones butt, you're not in a clique and you're automatically not involved in anything. Its pretty sad they not only screwed me out of money, but they are meddling with the system and making it look like they don't have so much money from right offs. Its It's sad.
