Answering calls and directing to appropriate department.
Respond to Physician, Locum, Resident, Student and Midwife questions relating to their credentialing.
Meeting with Admin. staff to review upcoming meeting agenda's, review of minutes from past meetings, requirements and presentations for future meetings.
Update and send final minutes out to committee's.
Review - items Chief of Staff working on and follow up with her on these items.
Review items with CEO and Executive Assistant, coverage if off,
ordering for meetings, arranging video conferencing to other sites for meetings and audio if required.

Fantastic balance of work and home life. The people there are easy to work with. The upper management does a very good job of encouraging and promoting a positive work environment for patients and staff, as well as keeping open lines for communication.

I honestly cannot recommend south bruce Grey health centre enough. If you have an opportunity to become part of the team do not hesitate!! By far it is the top of my list for places of employment thus far in my career!

Joining the team here has changed my life for the better and I am looking forward to many more years to come!

Was hired as a registration clerk and they rolled the following positions responsibilities into our duties as people left, health records, switchboard, scheduling and patient registration. Promised the were actively looking for people to relive some the work load but took months to get even a posting up. Any concerns fell on deaf ears and no action was taken. 


Enjoyed my time at this hospital... training was done by helpful, knowledgeable folks.... I found every one, from the Doctors down to the maintenance guys to be a great bunch... like a family...lots to learn  but rotation of responsibilities made every day different... Yes it was part time and shift work, but I loved the hospital environment so my time there was a wonderful experience.

As a nurse you do expect a heavy workload, that is Healthcare today. I did find management was supportive in regards to helping when they had an opportunity. The charge nurse was really helpful. The coworkers were possibly too busy to assist all the time but they made an effort every time.

My coworkers always work very well as a team, the workload is often a lot, due to the acuity of the patients and funding received from the government. I love working after my patients and providing care to people in need. It is hard when patients are very rude to the staff.

Working at South Bruce Grey Health Centre was an enlightening experience. Seeing how a rural hospital setting operates allowed a great forum for learning and growth.

Fantastic place to work with great staff! Can’t complain too much about pay. No benefits unless you’re full time. You also have an opportunity for additional hours and work at other sites (walkerton, Chesley, Durham, kincardine)

great place to work. a lot of different shifts. Good rate of pay. keep busy everyday with the different departments. only part time work, will take a while to be full time.

terrible place to work which is sad as it is a hospital, this employer does not put the health of their employees first, a gossip pit, where they gossip about every doctor or employee
