South Fletchers Sportsplex

This is the best rec center that I have been at and its awesome because its the cleanest pool by far. The people who work their are nice and friendly and they help when ever they can. Currently, I am a volunteer at South Fletcher's and I am hoping to be a part of the staff as soon as possible

Typical day included working with mostly children for swimming lessons and sometimes adults. Lots of enthusiasm required and being clear when speaking/ giving instructions. Lifeguarding was easier, just looking after the safety of patrons and enforcing rules.

I enjoyed working as an intern at South Fletchers a lot. As my first real job experience, I quickly understood the responsibilities and expectations of an employee. Great starting job for students.

The amount of hours I worked here was a total of 41. I learned how to sat on my feet for several hours, which was the hardest part of the job. The most enjoyable part was interacting with the kids and having fun in that regard.

The work environment is excellent, even though the work is complex but the satisfaction is phenomenal. The hardest part of my job is keeping everyone safe at all times.

The best part about working at South Fletchers is the relationships I have with bosses, co-workers and recreation members.

Volunteered for a short time but was an excellent experience. Coworkers and supervisors were all willing to help in teaching us the ropes. Overall, would definitely recommend working here.

A fun experience, benefit of joining was being awarded volunteer hours. Gained time management, leadership and team work skills. Organized events for the reader, children, youth or adult.

You get to work with different people and kids. They put you in different activities and you have t take care of the kids and supervise them. Providing them wit any help.
