started the day off with a toolbox meeting talking about hazzards on the jobsite and what the tasks were for the day. got a lot of experiance running heavy equipment. hardest part of the job was getting the road base to grade, very time consuming. the best part of working at south rock was getting lots of experiance and seeing the finish project.

Too much politics on site and in the office. A lot of negativity lately and huge egos on some of the crews. Not the commraderie there used to be in the past.

I was there for a couple of years it was pretty good atmosphere the owner at the time was a hands on guy the company management was very supportive  they were upgrading some of the construction equipment so it was good to be part of the process.they have dedicated employees which made the job much easier 

I learned that you have to make sure that you always feel safe before you are in different places of the roadway, you are allowed to refuse and it wouldn't be held against you , I always learned to work together with my co-workers to figure out where flaggers were going to be positioned.

As a Operator?labourer I took on a variety of taxks during hours of production. The gravel base i crewI worked with taught me a lot of different skill sets which helped me pass on knowledge about the work environment and duties to complete many jobs .

Busy atmosphehe but family orientated.

great job for the person that likes being away from home long hours but it is worth it great crew camp job

Not Bad to work for a little to much politics with foreman. The office staff was very receptive of phone calls and your concerns.

lots of safety and good people to work for , spent 5 seasons there and had a blast doing so, only downfall is they could pay a little better

Great company to work for, lots of work and great people always willing to help each other out.
