Southpaw Technology has a great workflow & digital asset management product that is applicable to almost every business sector. Daily work at Southpaw is always interesting  - work on the product roadmap, technology innovations (including iOS and Android mobile apps), supporting customers, assisting in sales opportunities. Southpaw has a strong team with very capable and skilled staff. Everyone works together and helps each other to achieve goals. The company executive is supportive and always available to help with questions. It's a great place to build a career ! 



The workplace at Southpaw Technology was not welcoming to different ideas and perspectives, resulting in everyone being very similar. This lack of diversity made it difficult for new ideas to be accepted and stifled innovation. The boss was extremely harsh and abusive, making the working conditions unbearable. There was constant pressure to perform well, but any attempt to speak up about concerns or suggest improvements was met with disrespect and disdain. Instead of promoting a friendly and supportive atmosphere, the boss aimed to maintain an environment of fear and control. Overall, my time at Southpaw Technology was a regrettable experience because of the lack of diversity and the terrible behavior of the boss, which made it nearly impossible to thrive in such a toxic work environment. 

The management at this company is an absolute disaster. The supervisors, who seem to believe in some kind of corporate crimes against humanity, hand out an overwhelming amount of absurd tasks that are downright impossible to complete. It's as if they take pleasure in torturing employees with ludicrous workloads that no sane person could handle. The owner and founder of this establishment must be masters of sadism, deriving pleasure from the suffering of their staff. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being subjected to the whims of power-hungry tyrants.

This company is decent at best, and a dead-end company at worst. Software engineers who want to build their careers for the long term shouldn't be staying in this company. Long-term career prospects and personal growth are dim here. It's kind of deceiving since you'll be given a lot of challenging tasks and responsibilities. But you'll quickly realize that they don't offer you anything productive in the long run. You'll just be better off gaining a few years of experiencing and switching to a better company. 



IF I HAD TO PUT MY EXPERIENCE WORKING HERE IN ONE WORD, I WOULD SAY IT WAS HORRIBLE. The top management is not very involved and expects you to WORK LONG, STRESSFUL HOURS WITHOUT DECENT BREAKS. They are too focused on profits, so they take on projects with INSANE DEADLINES and increase our workload. 

You are also expected to get involved in multiple projects at once. It can hamper your performance and make you look like a fool. It was ridiculous. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW IS TO AVOID WORKING HERE. BEWARE!!!

I have never worked at a stranger workplace than this one. The management is doing a terrible job as they don't have their priorities straight. Instead of focusing on the unmanaged growing pains that create chaos and stress, the upper management is too focused on closely monitoring employees. Employees are sick of the constant hovering but cannot do anything about it. I had never felt so helpless before and since. I am glad I avoided working here long term.  

When trust is lacking in a relationship, nothing holds it together. The same goes for the relationship between employees and employers. Here, the management had an awful attitude. These ridiculous people thought that their mental problems were hidden, but they were not. These control freaks wanted to dominate every move of every employee and could be very rude if you failed to oblige.. I felt suffocated and ran away!

Recently this compny has resorted to cost cutting to the extent of troubling the employees. Nobody seems to be happy because of super-low increments, cutting down basic necessities. They will keep hoaxing you that one day you will have a permanent role, which they never plan to give you from the beginning. You will find yourself working for them day in and day out but not getting what you deserve. If you're a smart and capable person, don't waste your talents in this company.

The management of the company is awful. They think the employees must put in long and stressful hours daily and handle an insane amount of workload. It was pretty horrible for the work-life balance of most employees. Many of us tolerated this ridiculous thing hoping that things would change. Nothing did. It was terrible and the worst experience of my entire life! Avoid!!!
