I've been fortunate enough to say I've been with Southtown Chrysler for the past 5 Years. Everything from sales, finance, and management I've invested long days, blood, sweat and tears to learn this industry. Although it does have high demand for lengthy days, this industry has limitless potential for hungry, motivated individuals. I've graduated from post secondary (majoring in engineering) and I still find myself gravitated to this industry.

Good Benefits, great management team, great culture of Go Auto - I would definitely recommend if you are highly motivated, hungry individual. If you are not, this industry is not you - stick to the 9-5.

They don't mind having you around to do nothing. All piece work can't organize anything treat their techs and tell them they are a dime a dozen. First time anything goes wrong you be the escape goat. Management has no idea. Too busy looking after their Freinds to warranty anything even if it means billing it against another customers new vehicle warranty. Extremely crooks just like the rest of the go auto gong show. Stay away

Really horrible management, They gave me way too many tasks to do and expected way too much for such a horrible wage. REALLY don't recommend working there.  They don't allow people to advance because it's almost like a family business, they only take care of the ones they "like".

Assisting customers to find vehicles and also help consumers to reestablish credit by helping them to be approved from different banks. The management/staff all worked as a team and all helped one another. Going to work here everyday made it very enjoyable and smooth.

fun environment, everyone gets along. our sales manager, sean and finance director, Upasna, make sure every customer walks away with the best terms and conditions for their new vehicle loan! everyone is extremely hard working and always want each other to succeed

South town was a great place to work with some opportunity to grow within the company, team that I worked with was great and I enjoyed my time there. the managers were great and I enjoyed meeting most of the customers

Fun place too work, just require a job that will give me what I Need. Job and pay  and security are esssential in my employment.

The money can be good, but you wont have a life outside of work and will find yourself at the dealership every day. If you have a family or want to have a social life, this is not the place for you.

My typical day would involve keeping the lot in tack and make sure everything looked great and was organized properly. That would include lining up the vehicles every morning and replacing holes with vehicles from the other lots.

I did a couple different jobs here.  Mostly accounts payable.  The staff was unsettled in the accounting department.  My boss was an understanding person.
