My job at Southview was challenging as the company was growing at a rapid pace.  Things aren't perfect, but the owners are kind and care about their employees, they pay fairly, and they provide ample opportunity for advancement.  

The grass isn't always greener at a larger company - I would suggest giving Southview a try! 

I don’t think I can stress enough how amazing this company and the job is… not only is management amazing to work with but the potential to grow within the company is limitless. 
They are a small, family owned company and treat you well: excellent benefits, lots of hours, and great pay. I would absolutely recommend applying to Southview!

There’s hours there if you want them they will definitely keep you busy . 
You need to know vac trucks well to work here 

Management (owners)  is beyond toxic. Management (family of owners) unprofessionally discusses employees amongst other employees. Disrespectful approaches. Unprofessional management style. Overall toxic experience. 

Owners are nice and take care of employees who care.  Some people don't last because they are only there for a quick buck and try to get away with sleeping on the job.  

Do a good job and you'll be treated great in return.  No complaints from me. 

Not treated fairly. Wasn’t “good enough” lots of judgement for being different. Long hours in brutal freezing winter conditions. Long drives that were paid for

Small to Medium size company with great team environment and very realistic production goals.  Plenty of room to advance your career in the industry while being compensated fairly.  

Every day I look forward to going to the shop! Feels like family! I’ve been at Southview for a little bit now, and just the little time I’ve spent here I’ve seen it grow so much! Can’t wait to see what the future holds!

worked for the company for some time.  great run facility. good bunch of guys to work with. management trys to meet the needs of there workers and there costumers / contracts  

Started as an operator a few years ago, have got a few raises for being loyal and performing my job well.  No issues at all, they treat people well and there are lots of hours if you want to work.
