The company slowly takes away all of the benefits that you're originally promised. Upper management is run via family and it is very poorly run. Bookings are always getting messed up. They take 4% of your tips every week because they have to pay for the "debit and credit charges"  when they only pay 1% annually after they have written it off on taxes. This company will make YOU pay to work for them. The clients that come in are so great, high foot traffic. It is great if you want to get your name out there but don't expect to make a lot of money. This is not the place to be. You will only have a few clients through the week and then be slammed on saturdays. They hire too many people and don't invest in what they already have. The most enjoyable part of the job is the clients and the staff. Other than that, the place has gone downhill in the time I've been there.

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for! I worked there in 2019 and it was a stressful place .The manager was unprofessional and plays favourites.They will let some worker get away with so many things and some can’t.The owner of the salon will only favour his own race or workers that makes him the most money or else he will treat you like garbage and scam money from your Pay check..They always under pay workers and I always had to fight for my check. 

My experience with this company is very sad to say the least. The expect so much from an RMT with so little pay. When it comes to conversation that has to do with a sensitive topic they don’t have them in private they have them out in the open where everyone can hear embarrassing the employee. Honestly the worst company I have ever worked for and will never work there again.

The company is disorganized and unethical. Run by a family. Pay and taxes are not done properly. You have to fight for your money and make sure everything is on email or text message to have solid evidence or nothing will get done. Make sure to get your contract and all forms you're unsure about checked with a lawyer or labor board!!! Racism is big!

Busy environment
My day goes from answering phone calls, booking clients, facials, chemical peels, to laser hair removal.
My co-workers are friendly and all act as one team
I really enjoy having my own client and at the same time always meeting new clients makes my job more interesting introducing to them with passion of what i and my job has to offer for them.

The women who work at this company are stuck up. Everyone bullies each other and it is a very futile place to be in... this is because of management. Management does not care about you and makes it clear but DEMANDS respect in return. I heard that tips for the MT's were getting swiped as well.

In desperate need of complete renovation. For the percentage you give  the spa you don't get a lot of management services in return; no advertising, no renovations, do your own laundry and you're expected to clean the facility. If you're gonna work here demand at least 70%, and have no expectations of maintenance.

Working at Spasation was enjoyable experience because through my  time there I interacted with many different people, everyday brought  something new and challanging to solve. It was good to work as a team member with my co-workers or at times alone as an individual.

My typical day at work is written in my resume, so is job description. Co-workers are really nice, hard working people. We are like a small family.
