A great bunch of people, of all races and walks of life. Never have I worked at a company with employees of such diverse backgrounds that were all continually happy to be there and friendly and open to each other. A true "family feeling" in an industrial workplace, I regret having left to pursue other (fruitless) opportunities, not once but twice.

For me, the work was both mildly challenging and quite rewarding in that I had almost full control, input, and responsibility for the projects I was working on. Reporting directly to the President, I was fortunate to have an open and honest relationship with all of the senior staff.

Assembled power supplies, moving mirrors, power and light distribution modules, colour scrollers
Built power distribution panelboards for low voltage, harness for electrical equipment and power panel-boards, mounted breakers in panel-boards
Stripped and soldered different sizes of cables and conductors
Crimped different sizes of connectors and ferrules, mounted lugs to cables # 2/0 and 4/0 AWG
Tested continuity of circuits using test equipment, insulation resistance of conductors and cables and tested with greatest voltage cables

I was enjoying working every single day in this company,I learned a lot of new things/works that I've never done before,co-workers & team leaders are kind & friendly,The hardest part of the job,when it gets of slowdown,to find something else to do to keep busy.

Terrible place to work.   Management is horrible, but the emoyees are nice to work with.  They did acknowledge employees birthdays and free lunches once a month.

the environment is very disorganized and there is a lack of communication among the areas which affects the results of the company and the performance of the employees, the management is very poor, they haven't been able to fix the problems in years.

It was not complicated job but the management was pretty disorganized and did not follow safety standard. Always last minute shipping because production was late and management did not had plan at all.

Very bad management and managers. Everyday I feel bad about working in this company. They have no mercy because once they give you the dollar they expect you to shut ... This company is about the dollar and not about how to grow as a whole team/company/employees.

fun and interesting job always something new and exciting to work on worked with a great team in my department made some interesting connections for work colleges was a fun experience

I enjoyed working at Spectrum.
The workplace is excellent, and the people are all amiable. It has a very diverse background, and people blend in very well.
Management is also supportive.
