I am not going to specify which location in GTA for confidentiality reasons. But the person prior to me only stayed 2 months as well so it makes you wonder. The job is very multifaceted. There are marketing and business development components. It is more a manager role than a coordinator. It's almost like two jobs in one without the salary. You are doing social media, newsletter, website, project management, new business development, networking and more. Sure that makes the job interesting. But is an interesting job enough? Having a good environment and right management is also extremely important. There is a lack of respect and appreciation and always an expectation for you to do more. No issue with that if the owner is doing a lot. The employees in this location are doing more work than management. That is not what a good leader does. Just a negative attitude and atmosphere overall. I would think the owner would be going out searching for business opportunities but he is actually waiting for the business to walk through the door or rely on your cold calling.

Decent place to work straight out of college. I would recommend since you will learn a lot of new skills like I did. Which will help in future jobs. Decent signage business to learn the ropes if you wish to get into the signage industry. Team was supportive even got advance payments in crunch times. I wish it keeps growing and lands bigger contracts for car and trucks wraps. Pricing could be better and points incentives could be implemented.

I learned all of the above. There was no typical management since it our own company and the people we had doing our production were amazing. Hardest part was the co-ordinating, making sure everything came together on time. The most enjoyable was dealing with the customers.

Absolutely no direction, training, no review of products or cost of supplies.  Owners were not honest or direct in their business etiquette.  Felt unwelcome and the male head seemed easily unhinged.  Wage expectation was barely met, and the promise of benefits never arose after the necessary probationary period.  Overall a bad experience. 

Had the customer service position included a lot of cold calling and in person meetings.

Not an extremely difficult place to close deals as most people need the items.

It’s a great place to learn sales and get comfortable cold calling and being in a sales environment. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking to get into sales.

Working for this company was fun and entertaining to learn from. It was a variety of different types of print and design jobs that I got to work with so it was never boring. The owner was fantastic but there were personality conflicts between me and the secretary.

Management is quick to point fingers and slow to accept blame for their own mistakes. No job security as they let go staff during economic downturn without hesitation. Manager and owner conflict makes it awkward at times. 

It is a small company so you are expected to wear multiple hats. You are doing all the sales, all the marketing, administration. The sales expectations are unreasonable as it takes time to build a sales cycle. The owner seems to do very little himself.

amazing team and management, Val sure does a great job. Signage and advertising tools are of a high standard. loved the digital catalogs and endless mags of products
