unrealistic work expectations. Hire friends and family that are not qualified to work in an auto body shop. They try to force their employees to work over time because of unrealistic demands.

The owner/operator doesn't know anything about the trade and the respect earned and deserved behind the red seal certification. Always wants to short cut people and cheat his way through repairs. No benefits package offered, and they work you like a slave. 

Ordering parts for the estimator. Reviewing parts with technicians ensuring parts we're ordered correctly. Organizing parts area for easy access for employees. Dealing with customers, answering any questions they may have on their vehicles.

Good team of staff.
Management in calgary family based and learning industry standards and roles of each shop member. Potentially a great place for RAP students.

I find it more disappointing to work with someone who needs to out do you or create situations that make your work more difficult and time consuming making it appear you lack the skills to do the job. 

Low wages. Poor ventilation. Not too mention the body work done in this shop is a laughing stock. Avoid this workplace as there are much better jobs out there.

I’ve basically filled in as hard day relief because they didn’t have enough work to keep two technicians busy after I finished up filling in for the week they shorted me 15 hours and my pay

Fast pace, lots of work, always on the go. great management enjoyed working with them. Coworkers were always able to lend a hand when needed. Supervisors and managers were very open and understanding.
