I was moved wherever they needed help (eg. frozen foods section), but generally stuck to stacking pallets. Once you're established there, coworkers are basically friends. I worked with a friendly coworker who taught me everything I had to do on the job, as I got better at it over time. Eventually I caught up to the point I could do the job alone, or I could do something else while he did the job alone. The workplace culture is great! Obviously, at first you're just another worker. But inevitably, as you and coworkers exchange a few words, whether in the lunchroom or on the job, you will establish understanding of how each person is, and vice versa, and you will communicate more often until you even talk outside of work. I enjoyed how it was somewhat complicated (you had to get the hang of whatever you mainly do there), but was simple enough that to not mess up often once you adjust. I got the hang of facing the boxes certain ways, knowing how long to let the plastic cool, etc. Sometimes you got assigned to something else, such as relabeling, so I got to see lots of new things over the course of working there. Hours are long and steady in the winter, with a day and night shift, but they stagnate in the summer, with less employees and one day shift.

First few days on the job was awesome. Try to get time off...good luck with that. Ask for time off once and then you get told your not being a team player and that your team is suffering if you do take time off.  The management is terrible. I have grandchildren that could run the place better than the ones that are now. Hours that they tell you that you work is not true for the most part. You never get out on time. It's always an hour or more after...( you go until do e no matter what)

I was line stacker back in 2018 , quit on the spot after nearly 8 months of work - one sticker per 4 people working on the the boxing machine and getting yelled at  to work faster from the supervisor with no relief in the dead of summer. 

Employees were unfriendly and management has no clue whats going on or how to run a business. A very unorganized place to work. The work itself was easy but the employees spend more time complaining about what needed to be done then actually just doing what needed to be done.

way to hot in the summer, no extra heat breaks,  inconsistent hrs, bad management, machines always breaking down - too many family members working there - more supervisors than actual employees -- not a good working environment  

What is the best part of working at the company?
owners are friendly and approachable...I worked with a great team

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
unscheduled overtime at the last minute

team meeting in the morning of shift
stacking and dealing with and mixing food tanks
co-workers very nice people
the mixing of tanks
the people and the friendly enviroment

Management is terrible and is to blame for everything that goes wrong but will blame it on anyone they can. Employees are nice and all know management is awful. 

It was a very enjoyable place to work. Great people, and excellent Family to work for.  I wish it had work for a long term job but unfortunately I had an other option come up I couldn't pass up.

Not a great place to work.  Complete set up for failure while getting blamed for things out of your control.  
Lack of communication. Not much teamwork. 
Would not recommend working here.
