A bunch of miserable people who hate their jobs, nobody says good morning.
The only large employer in a small town; everyone just "grins and bears it," till the day is done. If you are a new employee have fun getting somebody to talk to you... you might steal their most mundane career!
Rude, hillbilly culture. 

I started doing cleanup then progressed to forklift operator after 1 year. I enjoy working for them they are very professional and safety oriented, very fast paced, as any business they are there to make $$$ and production is key   

Co workers bullied and harassed me. Our supervisor did very little to stop it. Probably because he was Facebook friends with at least one of them. Seemed more interested in being buddies with them. 
I quit in a blaze of glory. I have never regreted it. 
High turn over rate. 
Benefits after 6 months. Great benefits

If you want to work in some of the worst conditions look no further. Only good thing is decent pay and steady hours. They struggle to maintain fully staffed crews mainly because anyone with any experience comes in with a suggestion to make things easier they are told its been this way for years.  All they want are robots...

Excellent wages and benefits, poor work environment, high expectations and incredibly physically demanding work. My bosses were okay, but reacted rather negatively to an injury I sustained, especially after I reported it to the workers compensation board.

8 hour shifts of very repetitive dangerous work
Management and staff very safety oriented and well informed
repetitive work and proper training for employees that change job description and room for advancement

My experience at the mill was good. Employees are treated fairly and the management is good.
Having to switch between day shift and night shift is the only downfall but for those who are capable of doing so then this is a good place to be.

It has been an excellent learning environment with something new almost daily. Management is no worse than elsewhere I've seen, but the people you work with make it enjoyable. Pays well, but they have 44hr work weeks before overtime which is a shame.

very great work environment overall, staff is all friendly and hours are good. Managers and supervisors are super friendly and super understanding about life outside of work.

I loved working here for the 5 years I did. Great sense of team, management wasn't always the best but the culture always was positive. Definitely work here if you can!
