Spring Rolls

I am one who runs the checks and runs the food to customers.I ensure the right food goes to the right person as well as maintain the satisfaction of the customers. I learned to work together as a team, to be proficient at multitasking and to handle stress well. The management is okay. My co-workers are amazing. The hardest part of the job is working during holidays. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing everyone works together as a team and helps each other out.

I spent less than a year here working 6 days a week from 11 am to about 10 pm. The owner doesn't care that you have school, or exams, or a life and will just schedule you whenever she sees fit. I finally had to leave due to the lack of compassion towards myself and my fellow colleagues. Her me versus you attitude makes her employees feel under valued. No one stays longer than a few months because of this terrible work environment.

A typical day at work would involve greeting guests personally and on the telephone, offer appropriate seating arrangements and distributed reservations among servers equally. This also included keeping my work station tidy and clearing tables when necessary to ensure a steady flow of customers.

Serve customers, deal with types of money- payments, counting at start and end of shift. Management didn't care much, co-workers were very friendly. Hardest part of job was to deal with frustrating customers, most enjoyable was working with co-workers.

The state of the kitchen was dirty and I was the only cleaner there to clean up everything, the owner was really considerate about "budget" so he give me minimum tools to work with but I still did a good job at it because I'm already used to it

It is a great place to work but there could differently be some improvement on the management side of things. All the employees that I worked with are great and I genuinely enjoyed working with everyone here.

It is a busy and well paid place to work in, they have very friendly staff and highly returned regulars dinning there. The only disadvantaged part would be the unclear tips share, otherwise it is all good.

When I have to serve the customer I have to say the name of the food before I put it on the table and ask them if they want to salt or paper to be put it extra. I really loved doing that job.

I started when they just opened. Management was quite mean. It wasn't too long before they went out of business. None of us really made any money. I guess that's what happens.
