If you ever get a interview at this place run you will be saving you’re self the trouble of losing your job or wasting the time investing in a place that doesn’t care about you all their good management quit they hire contractors pay is great for them but if you don’t have aircraft experience and was told you would get an apprenticeship youll find out quick you don’t matter I suggest finding something better 
A job at tim hortons is better than that place disorganized 
They never have much work an they treat employees like a number

In aviation, every day brings unforeseen circumstances, but work is distant and organized to elevate them.

Collaboration is the main point.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's a great environment. Even in the world of aviation, where things are changing, they have a great down-to-earth platform.

Good place to work to get good experience on a fairly decent selection of aircraft. Lots of good people on the floor, but there is a disconnect between the floor and management. The company won't be able to keep the good employees at current wages. Parts supply is a constant battle and money is not there.  4 day work week is awesome. 

Springer Aerospace is a great place to work. You are able to learn and do many things and the experienced staff is there to help you every step of the way. The Management team is very friendly and supportive and always tries to do what's best for the employees. Overall great company culture and environment. 

This company is garbage by all means. Never try to come to this place. If you get an interview they will select you for sure but the reason is nobody is willing to work in this place and everyone leaves in a month or two. Don't regret it after you come here. Better avoid this place as you wont get a chance to work in proper maintenance.

Jump off before it sinks with you. You can tell by every aspects of this company. Hiring way more contractors than a normal company would do and giving pathetic raise or even non to employees who were working here for years. 

get ready to get dirty and wet, plus lots of fumes from paint and other chemicals. they do provide ppe but in 30 degree weather its not enjoyable to have it on.  overall pretty good job but remember some days are gonna be 12 hour days or more.

They will fire you for no reason! Think twice before you decide to go there. You will wait for parts forever when you work, and the management is not helping. Most people are nice, and day shift is good.

A bit slower paced to what I was used to.  Great group of coworkers. A fairly wide range of aircraft to work on as the operation deals mainly with heavy checks, annuals, paint jobs, etc.

Great place to work, the new management team is doing a great job appreciating the employees and finding work. Overall it’s a great company to work for.
