Great place to work in group homes. Residents are all easy going and management takes great care of their health, needs and wants. Hours are decent, sometimes a little long and sometimes the workload can get pretty heavy if you don't know how to handle it.

St Amant has taught me a lot of things I learned so much. The only thing is that the work can be demanding and long hours. I was trained in tub feeding medication and personal care 8 hours on weekdays but 12 hours on weekends but other then that it was a good place to learn and feel like you are making a difference in somones life

I really enjoy working with mentally disabled individuals.  I have learned many things from them and they inspire me to be a better person and motivate me.
I enjoy the people I work with along with my manager who is really understanding and supportive of everyone.

When you are lifting residents the method used is outdated and the lifting technique/equipment used is more advanced. Secondly, you are not going to be adequately trained in all departments which will leave you with a lot of questions.

I learned a lot about people with disabilities and there were a lot of volunteers to assist with programming.  Staff were all creative and caring.  We had a great Recreation team.

A rewarding carrier. I loved working the individuals with physical and mental disabilities. I learned lots of things especially in creating good opportunities to the peole we support especially in thier spiritual life experience.

I recommend working there.It is a fun place to work and there are opportunities for promotions and getting more working hours.They respect cultural values and backgrounds and they have extensive training.

I enjoy the staff i work with and the clients. Management can be hard to deal with at times. Over all i have enjoyed working with St.Amant but retaining a permenent position has been next to impossible.

I met a lot of amazing people/children.
I was supposed to be there teaching the children, but they also taught me a lot about life.
