A typical day at work is not pleasing.
I felt that management had no idea what there doing on a day to day basis when it comes down to dealing with costumers or there employees.  
The hardest part of the job was taking a deal to my manager because the lack of caring and level of there involvement with in the sales process.
 The most enjoyable part of the job was going home at the end of the day

Started my job here being promised an apprenticeship, a raise, and time for vacation that was planned a year before and all three were denied when the time came. People are great, management is not. There is no excuse for missing days, as sick days and injuries result in you being replaced.

Absolutely great atmosphere.  Very team orientated and everyone gets along great.  Outstanding managers, service and finance team to support sales. Truly cared about taking care of their customers and great compensation for staff.  You get what you put in like any sales job and endless earning potential.

Shadiest company I ever worked for, they’ll promise you an opportunity for advancement and then offer it to everyone else even when you’re more than qualified for the position. Management cares about lining their pockets and robbing yours. Save your mental health and work somewhere else. 

Great dealership to work at if you're looking for an easy going but yet competitive atmosphere. 

Great staff and management as well, all 3 aspect of the dealership work great together.

Never had such a good group of people to work with. Unfortunately a short lived manager started to clean out the back to bring in his own staff and it really hurt the company. After a short time they let this manager go but the damage in the shop had already been done.

As the safety of people are in your hands so there is more pressure to do things properly. It would be better if there was more of a training period for new mechanics as that is the reason I was let go.

A good company. Sad that I am no longer there. Under new ownership and growth potential is huge. Ownership is awesome. Very transparent. Current management could be questioned however.

knowledgeable staff, challenging work from time to time, updated courses available as individual knowledge of equipment is always fun to attend. good pay and benefits

You don't get to see a variety in the work you do when starting out in a dealership...there was quite a bit of drama amongst workers, which makes for a long day.
