Not viable as a full time career, but is an alright side gig/ job for kids. Management wasn’t great, as when short on papers they wouldn’t care unless a large quantity was missing. This resulted in frustrated customers, and you the worker with no ability to help them. 

Great job for someone starting out in the work force or a senior wanting to make some extra cash during retirement.

Job duties include
- Packaging of Newspapers (they're delivered to your door)
- Delivery of packaged newspapers to designated houses 
- Message company when needing more plastic packages for the Newspapers or when someone doesn't want to receive the newspaper anymore.

This job was perfect for me, I started when I was in grade 5 and was something I could do on my own plus I started to make my own money. The only inconvenience was in the summer papers had to be delivered on Saturdays and my family left for are cabin, so it caused some tension among the family. That being said this is a personal problem that wouldn't effect everyone.

Not much to say, get the papers delivered by 6 p.m. on Wednesday, only exceptions if weather is too harsh. Lots of walking. Sometimes customers give small gifts to thank you.

Was given a nice timeframe to deliver papers and was given up to date route lists and changes to my route when they were present. Overall a very positive environment as you are a private contractor and can work at your own pace. 

As a delivery boy, the job is very constant and predictable, so one knows exactly what needs to happen. There is nothing to learn, since all one must do is walk to each mailbox and plop a newspaper in it

Easy work for me when I was in Jr high would recommend to other Jr. high students. good money for over the summer or through out the  year if student wants to continue.

the gazzet i a great place to work because it is only a paper route so the drop off the papers at your house on time. the conns are that in the winter it can get cold while delivering

A typical work day is delivering 115 papers along my route while I listen to music. Its not very difficult work and the job pays a fair amount for the number of hours worked.
