Helping, caring and friendly people with  well coming place!! 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I didn’t feel anything stressful at st.Jose. I love working with all different levels of people.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Best team ever!! helping each other and positive vibes!!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I make sure that the most important work gets done first. It is important to maintain the organization and time management skills also Collaborate with team leader and team member.

Very good place to work for, I am on Interprofessional Resource Team, meaning I work different units, All the Time, wherever I am needed.  I am part time, 3 days a week, I love it.
I pick up shifts through shift link app, 
I have all the benefits that full time employee have except medical and dental which I can have if I pay for it, 

You can work there for years and get treated awfully from staff back stabbing and management that don’t support you. The union won’t support you either. Patients are extremely physically and verbally abusive and management talks as though they care but no one does. Got to watch your back. Was a good place to work even 10 years ago. Good luck now.

very busy almost every day and time alo ted to clean

very friendly and family oriented

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
almost everyday is busy in each department

Pleasant smile in the morning with colleagues. We are team players who get along well, and assist each other. We are at our beck and call, so to speak, for our patients. Mealtimes are taken, with consideration for our peers and patients. Pleasant atmosphere to work in.

I had a bittersweet relationship at st.joes 
I was fortunate to work on different floors and each floor had different cultures. Some elitist some each man for themselves but I made the most out of it. Working short has been a consistent issue but I like the staff overall, everyone kind of looks out for one another. 

Excellent working in a team.
work start time varies depending on the team, but usually its flexible in our team. I typically work from 0800 to 1600 but it depends on the work, might have to start early or work till late evening.

Great folks and great environment. It is a fast paced environment depending on the department you work at. But there is always someone there to assist given you need a hand.

Nice hospital to work at. The staff were good on my floor and we got along well. It is a good place for studentship depending on your preceptor. Traffic can be a little bit bad if leaving at rush hour.

loved the team I worked with. Great management. work is manageable and not stressful . Would recommend  or refer anyone to work here. Room for growth and longevity.
