This job was a fast paced constant challenge because the diets and dietary requirements for the patients were constantly changing it was a constant to keep up. 
The management was helpful and knowledgeable.
My co workers were wonderful and very team oriented.
The hardest part of my job was adapting to the changes and demands of the patients and hospital staff.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the comradeship shared with the other staff.

Scheduling all appointments - PHS and Star Navigator Trained
• answering all calls - Triaging
•  Making charts/ taking charts apart for discharge
•  Filing
•  Coordinating with the intake worker to schedule groups, orientations, etc
• Set up and break down of group rooms
• Ordering all supplies
• Payroll
• All communication to family doctors

Money is valued over the safety of staff here. Especially in the mental health areas. Work short of staff, staff is often pulled. The good nurses get raked over the coals, while the bad ones seemingly face no consequences. Its sad because the work itself is interesting

I loved it from what I can remember. I was only 18 and loved all the clts. I am trying to get back into a hospital but it is proving difficult
