Lies from day one after you go thru the interview process and medical they tell you have the job, but they don't tell you that you have to pass a series of tests to get you licence and they can get rid of you at any time during the training and the driver training and progress checks which they like to do as they have no soul as they tie you in to a 2 year deal and if you leave or get sacked you have to pay £1,500 back for their training , long hours no sick pay for 12 months and if you get sick god help you with the displinary process , anything to get rid of you they will, join the union on day one like they tell you , as you will need it, high turn over as staff as they running training courses every week , remember your just a number , good luck if you join these as you will need it, worst descion of my life, least I am free of these blood suckers now

The most stressful company I have ever worked for.  I did not choose to work for this company. I was transferred with the route.  The hours are so long and the shifts are terrible.  All this company cares about is making sure all the shifts are covered.

The hours are unsociable and shifts are far too long. Some duties too close to get proper rest. There is too much pressure from controllers to keep up with timetables.
