A typical day is fast-paced and demanding. I learned a lot about sales, customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients. The workplace is competitive, and success requires hard work and self-motivation. The most challenging part of the job is that income can be very unpredictable. Earnings depend heavily on what vehicles you sell and how many trade-ins you are able to acquire. Even if you sell a high number of vehicles, failing to meet trade-in acquisition targets may still result in receiving only the minimum commission. The most enjoyable part is helping customers and working with some great coworkers. This job can be rewarding, but maintaining a healthy work-life balance can be difficult.

Verbal harrassment at a consistent basis, zero support from management when clients berate you. It's always your fault no matter the situation. HR is just an empty title at this dealership.

They really need to keep certain managers in check if they want long-term employees. You also won't be able to make a living if you're stationed in the Used Car Department. 

If you're looking for a job, I would recommend this place as a starting point. Once you're ready? Go somewhere else and get paid for what you're worth!

Last but not least, a flooded sales floor with 0 inventory!

Starts slow but quickly picks up. Traffic is good at this store

Love working here. Your colleagues are very helpful especially in times you have queries or need assistance regarding work. People are so energetic and are very positive always. Very considerate management. Nothing bad to say about this company. I really love working here. I hate leaving the company but I have to for my personal reasons. 

Pay is decent, not great incentives. Recently introduced more benefits that benefit the techs, which is nice. Management is nice enough but as expected, youll always be pushed to do more. The right co workers are always willing to help and mentor.

One of the best place with great culture. Management invests on you to learn. Free Saturday lunch plus alot of year end benefits. Owner is all about relationship.

Nepotism was rampant, just like every other car dealership. When I worked here the expectation of your time and effort did not allow for you to have a life.

It is the same as EVERY other car dealership everywhere.

All of the Managers are great, needs some modernizing but great company to work at and makes you feel like apart of their family.

They could give better constructive criticism. 

Or give criticism in a timely manner.



Worst managment ever, Human resource manager doesnt know the pay plan of sales when they hire you.  The managment would use foul language at you.  

stay away and beware!

I really enjoyed the position and atmosphere here. I would recommend this business to everyone I meet for both a workplace and to either purchase or service your vehicle.
