What is the best part of working at the company?
The guys you work with are good, management is really good and communication is surreal. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Deadlines can at times be tight. Especially on jobs where the customer is partaking in the project.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Cliques are a thing. Sometimes it’s petty but a good chunk overall is really good. Everyone is there to help. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
7am 4:30 pm. 

Paper work for safety then hit the tools and get going.

Decent place to work on paper. Its a good place if your already a journeyman or happen to get a decent journeyman to work with. But expectations outside of the regular 40hrs is ridiculous, i was working 50 hour work weeks minimum and they still expect you to work on your days off. So between forcing you to work your weekends or pressure to attend company functions. And the general mind set to yell at and miss treat apprentices you could get lucky and ended up with enjoyable employment. Or you could get unlucky get yelled at mistreated and under paid ( due to peice work with slow journeyman)

Fast paced days with a lot to do
I learned to manage my time, and value it
The management was always available, but somewhat disorganized
It could be friendly, but also sullen depending on how the industry was doing
The hardest part was the long hours, late nights, early mornings, and a lot of heavy lifting
The best part was the pay, and the freedom to depend on myself to do a good job

You have two peaple to watch out for the manager of HVAC who couldn’t organize a two car garage with one car already in it. And the overall manager who cares about no one in the company just the numbers. Most all the employees are really good caring people who want to succeed but have very clueless leadership. HR will do absolutely nothing for you if you can even get them to call you back lol

I was happy with this company and its management. They gave me a lot of opportunity to learn as much about the plumbing trade as possible. I would work on rough in stages, ground works, hot water tanks, finishing stages as well as gas line installation. My co-workers were helpful and nice. The management gave opportunities to advance as well.

Overall, the company is a good one to work for.  In my three years there, I had expressed my interest several times in advancing in the company.  While I was temporarily moved around to other positions, I was never given any feedback on how I performed in those roles.

typical construction company, pushing production over quality. they use the cheapest material, and always try and cut your hours on piece pay projects. they expect you to pick up parts with your own money if they dont stock it.

been here almost 4 years. lots of work, good group of guys to work with. starting on the residental side green looking to start an apprenticeship it'll be in for a tough go the first couple months but showing up on time and ready to work/learn each day you'll do fine

Good place to work when there was work. Good people to work for always fare to employees. One of the better sheet metal companies out there. Would go back if I wanted to.
