I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good work environment with fair wages, benefits, growth and respect as this place has them all. Great management that respects both their employees and customers, being fair and kind to them, treating everyone equally and like family. Fair wages with great benefits.There is room for advancement where you can learn and grow within the company, further enhancing your knowledge and experience in the field. Management are caring and wants you to grow and succeed. There are lots of social activities and great place to work for experience and socialize with others. During this time of serious situation, the place closed down due to health and safety of their workers and given an opportunity to continue working from home while keeping yourself safe.

State Window Corp has only been up and running for under 4 years. Although it is fairly new and the system they use aren't fully up to par with what I was used to, I still enjoyed my stay there. My duties included Creating PO's, receiving, follow ups, inventory counts, and emailing. The co-workers all seemed happy and joyful to come to work but stressed out throughout the day, but what place isn't like that? The challenges I've face in my position at this company would be the process used in purchasing without a system to follow. This made it hard to keep track of all the purchased items and wasn't effective in saving time. Despite the flaw in the system, I really enjoyed working at State Window because the atmosphere was great and the people were filled with personality.

Overall company is very stingy and tries to pay as less as possible. The turnover is enormous and this is for a reason. The hiring strategy mainly aims to hire inexperienced new people for a modest salary. And no proper mentoring/training is provided. As a result, numerous and numerous complaints from the GCs, penalties for the delays, etc. 
Delays and messes with production&shipping are well known and it seems like no one cares (at least for 4 years I worked there).
Several really experienced people left the company as the wage increase is embarrassingly small.


I worked at State Window Corp for several years and witnessed a significant shift in the work environment. The company has extremely high employee turnover, and job security is minimal—even long-term employees with over a decade of service have been laid off without clear justification. The work culture has become increasingly stressful, with heavy pressure and little support. What used to be a friendly and collaborative atmosphere has unfortunately deteriorated, as most employees are now unwilling to help each other. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of experience and leadership at the director level, which impacts overall direction and morale.

CEO is a great guy. Thinks about his people and move company forward. Mid-level management is poor, under a cover of not doing micro-management they don't want to manage at all, expect employees are going to do everything on their own including training and not going bothering managers unless it's a critical situation when it's a little to do to improve. Have to work overtime all days long without reimbursement and even thank after all. 

Turnover rate is unbelievable. Majority of the employees hired lack experience and have no work ethic whatsoever. Management doesn’t care about you as a person and there’s no motivation and support for you in the office. Over the past couple of months, this company lost good and hard working employees and they’ve been loosing serious money over deficiencies on all projects. Lack of urgency and planning from upper management as they tend to “plan/act” on the go which sets you up for a failure.

State Window Corporation is a great place to work. It is an environment I enjoy working in and has given me a great opportunity to grow within the company. I have gained a lot of knowledge since I began working there and look forward to continue learning. State is about working together as a team and helping each other. There are great benefits and lots of fun events that take place at the workplace. Management and staff are very welcoming and supporting.

State is a wonderful company in which to work. Their policies are well aligned with the public interest and those of the employees. They have a nice work space to feel proud of, and even so, in this difficult time where we have to stay home, they provide all the tools available for their employees to work from home and keep the company being productive. For this reason I consider SWC a great company in which to work

I highly recommend State Window. Many good reasons to attend work everyday. Great place to start your career. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow within the company. Clean environment with nice modern look. Good management and friendly staff. Fun and enjoyment with lots of activities and events. They helped me a lot by offering me a job when no one else could.
