●	Tenant improvement for a variety of clients and facilities to be built in commercial renovation design and construction services for both high and low rise buildings. Program data, space planning, design development documents, CAD and 3D drawing and details for Governmental and semi-Governmental agencies all across the State of California. Dealing with a full range of mixed duties concerned with preparation and design consultations for Architecture documents in relation to renovations and fit to suite to help different agencies needs in the State of California.
●	Prepare Architecture Design and planning packages, Modular Furniture Systems, Space Planning and 3D layout. This also includes and not limited to construction documents, elevations, cabinet details, receptions, Modular System Furniture (PIA, Allsteel and Hayworth) layouts and typicals, charts, maps, diagrams, digital automation and documentation, space plans and proposals, specifications, forms, graphic outlays and 3D modeling.
●	Create 3D modeling, Furniture layouts, Space Planning, Spatial Program Data and Architectural Planning.
●	Working with CAD and design software:  AutoCAD Architectural 2013 (Auto Cad), Photo Shop CS5, Macromedia Free Hand and Microsoft Office. Currently studying Revit (BIM) Architectural 2012. 
●	Work with Building codes, ADA (handicapped laws and regulation), fire-life and safety, and have a strong skill of freehand and sketching.

I can say that it has been a great experience to work as a security, learning to understand multiple personalities. I learned a lot about how to work with different people and take control of a crowd, I also learned how to observe and report, when there's a problem, I would just get my supervisor to handle the situations that I could not handle.

Very happy that I was a team player with the State of California, working in different departments.  My experience was very positive.

A dynamic team where you can interact with talented people and learn from one another and become a Savvy of what you were not hired for. At the end of the day, you look back and say: what a journey!
