Great team work with. Management and staff are great to work with. Able to give opinions on food presentatioms and taste. I learned to work with different atmosphere; Ala Carte to Family Restaurant. Meat cuttings from Chef, team player, learn each station on kitchen line and just enjoyed the work atmosphere.

The most enjoyable part for was when I got to show my skills and talents to other cooks and how to make work force more convenient and effective way.

ok place. Some management is good. Great customers. Great food. If you don't click with staff then there will be no shifts for you. You get trained for two weeks then you need to pass the test and see if you can handle a 20 table section. Once you pass, you are off to making smiles, good tips and returning customers. 

Constant battle between front and back of house
No room for advancement 
Friendly co workers
Lack of proper training and equipment
Overall if managers cared more the staff would also care more

To be come the chef of the Restaurant is so hard, but if build your Leadership as team captain it will be easy for all of  Your buddies.
And i always Keep Cleanliness of my Restaurant and that is very Important.

Best managers / owners to work for .Always far and feel like you going to family not to work .its a very busy spot and owner and all staff help each other out Z it’s a team playing place to work you’re never left alone . Someone is always there to help

it was the most disgusting and dangerous place ive ever worked with the most rude and unfair management. dont ever work here you will come home with scars and bruises every night from broken dishware they wont replace

Amazing people
was a great place to work but feel they could do more to appreciate their staff...at least thats how i felt while there.
management is personable and treat staff like family! i miss the steiners!
