The environment is friendly and welcoming, with people who go out of their way to make you feel included and supported. Everyone knows your name and backs you on progress you have made.

Good work/life balance, hours were great.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management always pressuring for unattainable goals, using intimidation and harassment to try and boost numbers. Worst management ive seen in my career.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Alot of drama here, dont expect much trust out of colleagues, it's not their fault, it's just what bad management has done to the work environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Running production cnc machines, making various parts for fracking tools.

Working at Steelhaus wasn't what I expect it to be.  A manager that was short of experience; long hours, the pay is not so good.
If you are looking for a job that offers you security, this is the wrong place to be.  They will terminate people for "non-cause".  
There is bulliness, some managers are selfish and don't treat workers good.  If you belong to the group, great! if you don't, you are out!!!
Benefits are great, but politics are bad.  I wasted my time being in this company.

This company will low bid you and post deceiving roles and responsibilities that are not what you actually end up doing. The directors only have diplomas not bachelor degrees or higher. This lack of pedigree is typical of the organization. The president took 5 years to finish a two year MBA. The CFO took 5 years to finish a 3 year degree. This is a barnyard fabrication shop.

This Company is WORST by Far. They treat their employees very poorly and do not have respect for any individual. The Supervisor is one of WORST individuals I have every worked with. He will disrespect you in every way and get away with it because this company has very bad culture and no accountability. The management doesn't care about you at all. Don't expect to be treated with any dignity here. DO NOT work here.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
work on machine,break,work on machine,cleaning the area of work.

They think they can work you like a dog for years and pay you such a low wage. Laughable, that’s why many employers have left. I wouldn’t recommend working at this company. The management are buncha idiots and don’t have a human touch. They choose dirtbags to get promoted and they praise working for this company.

Very dysfunctional company. Ownership is a flashback from the past where employees are treated as if they are tools to be disposed of. The secondary leaders are great and buffer the rest of us from the two owners especially the one. They hate all large employers and think Schlumberger is a dinosaur.

People are great to work with and help if you need it in your duties and have good pay many differnt races off people work for company great place to meet more people and get new friends 

If you are a good engineer you will do well here. If not, well maybe not the place for you. They move fast and work a lot of hours. You are able to rapidly iterate on designs as testing, design and manufacturing are all lead by you.
