There are different culture and people to connect every day at work. 

Customer service is considered focusing-job to connect employees with customers, and the policies from company's Human Resources Department is also followed by employees and managers on-the job duty. Almost every employee has been learning how to deal with difficult customers to make them to become loyalty- this is the hardest part of the job in retail.

The management team is awesome and makes employees satisfied and improving them self in customer service. That is the reason why we have been working together, understand each other, and learn from each other for some years.

Compensation is awful. You don’t get any benefits even if your in management unless you’re the store manager. I had a great staff that I managed but everyone else in management slacked off and didn’t do their jobs so they left it to me (manager in training) to pick up the slack and run the store to standards. The only time they do their job right is when the regional or district manager would visit us once every 6 months or so.

• Conducts monthly inventory of stocks from the raw material to the finished product and ensures an accurate quantity list on all stocks.
• Ensures material handling, packaging and transporting procedures are properly implemented to avoid damage to stocks and injury to personnel.
• Makes sure that all materials are properly handled.
• Ensures that shipment and delivery of all materials are on the right track and are on schedule

A typical day at work for me was organizing the table and folding the clothes to make them look neat and tidy and to help customers into the dressing rooms. What i learned is to deal with customers. Management is the most important part of a workplace. Workplace culture profit organization, or government body. The hardest part of my job was to learn how to tidy the table. The most enjoyable part of my job was to be around positive people.

I enjoyed working at stitches a lot because there was a very good relationship that I had with co-workers but the management wasn't the best. The store would always be understaffed and there would be too much work which needed to be completed in one day which there weren't enough people to do.

I enjoyed working for this company, was able to make great friends and enjoyed working for my one manager. Switched managers mid way through employment and that's when I began to realize that it was time to gain experience in a different company.

I did this while i was in school for extra credit and it was good mostly cleaned and helped out people but over all it was a good learning tools i still use.

Enjoyed working here a lot. The manage mentioned was good along with head office being a lot of help to myself and my team if there was ever an issue.

It was unorganized. Very immature. Short hours. Would get very busy. Overall not too bad. Just an average retail job. Tried to keep myself busy and work hard at the busy times.

Greeting customers , handling fitting rooms , assisting customers, Dealing with customer exchanges and returns. gets along with other co-workers.
