I have always work with customers. And I like working with them. Although some days I get tough time. As one day I was working at stockhomme and a customer showed up, she had to return something and she also wanted her money back. And I explained to her that our store does not do any refund, she can only get store credit. After knowing the policy the customer got angry and kept yelling at me. I kept myself quiet at that situation, empathize her by telling that I know the frustration but this is company's policy. Anyway, she calm down, said sorry to me and left the store by taking store credit. This is one situation out of many.

Bad pay. Even if you advance they treat you lowly. The company is just not going anywhere. Management was poor and company pushed weekly sales for poor products no one wants. ended up very unrealistic as a long term gig. But good for work experience if your new to the industry.  easy to advance as they NEED people.

When i was working at Stockhomme i found that there wasn't much structure to the company. Employees/supervisor were quitting often. It was a job that employees could basically do as they please. Although I did excel quite quickly to the position of keyholder, i felt as though the position was given to me because they were in a rut and needed a replacement right away

What is the best part of working at the company?
Friendly staff members, very helpful if you don't know stuff. Dress code was easy. 
The boss is amazing person ❤️ 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not at all stressful, the work environment is very calm and reliable

Fun work place with supportive management. Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop. Decent amount of work load, great employees. Often had to stay after mall-closed, as the customers come first, lots of room for growth, and worth dedicating the time into the job.

Its nice, isnt a very big store so its a bit harder to stay busy but other than that its enjoyable. Clean the store mostly to keep it looking good for the customers

Working in international Clothiers or Stockhomme is very fun and at the same time, we work hard. We work as a team and if anyone needs help, we collaborate as a team.

Good company and good benefits. Will take couple months to settle in but once you do you are rolling Would like to see more done for employees and better vacation days.

- Barely any assistance 
- No proper training 
- No consistency among head office

Stockhomme was an amazing job for plenty reasons. It was a routine job the work flow became easier and easier.
