The salary here is only slightly above minimum wage and not enough to live on, but the benefits and recently improved vacation policy are nice. The job work is pretty straight forward and can get stressful when very busy but if you can prioritize your tasks appropriately it is not bad and there is always time to catch up on the things that had to wait. The management here though is atrocious. My manager would stock their employees around the office to ensure that they were not talking, would just stand there listening to your conversations with coworkers or on the phone to ensure that everything was work related and brief. I was expressly told to turn my back on my coworkers if they tried to speak to me and had my job threatened twice for talking to coworkers (and yes my work was getting done in a timely manner). The manager was also hyper aggressive about making sure you did the work their way and would not hear if a task could be completed in a more efficient manner. The manager would intentionally try to stress their employees out and made everyday feel like doomsday when, as I said before, the job was straightforward. Run, don't walk away from this place.

This is the most dysfunctional corporation that I have ever witnessed. Reviews that read otherwise must have been posted by management. Expect to work 60 hours a week without compensation for the extra time. Promises of big commissions are based on selling their over-priced products at "company set" levels. To be competitive, discounts are offered to clients. The discount comes out of the commission! Months of work can result in the company making thousands of dollars and leave the sales person with nothing.
Piles of useless paperwork to justify your existence is required and a computer system that is as ancient as management.
Full time recruiters are needed to fill the constant turn-over.
Forget your home life. No one cares and a lot of installs are done on weekends. You are expected to be there.
If you have a bad month, get ready for retribution. Two bad months and you are done. Back stabbing is a way of survival.

Where to start. Worse place ever to work.
Unsafe, MGT are two faced. No work life balance if you're contract. Ministry of Health and Labour came to investigate numerous complaints including employee health only to be told by HR that a visibly sick person isn't sick at all that they're faking. Sick from day one (infections, migraines, cold, flue literally every 3 weeks) I risked my health along with my child's health during my employment there.
Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Expect immediate results within the first year as you may struggle.  
Management is abusive with a stab you in the back culture.
Outdated sales methods with expected harassment of customers.
You are to hustle customers and get them to buy.

This company is outdated with its mentalilty of being an industry leader and will wear you out.

My advice, keep looking elsewhere.

An absolute nightmare of a company. Any positive reviews must be fraudulent and done by desperate management.  Then over is mind boggling. Non-competitive products and services are almost impossible to sell. Clients, literally laugh, at quotes. But wait, give up your commission to make the sale and keep your job. Fill out paperwork on weekends. Endure being tracked by GPS on your cell phone. Dog eat dog eeat do

typical day is good. Once you get most things learnt and under your belt goes pretty smooth. Lots to remember. Management is Good. Co-workers aren't too bad, willing to help out if needed. Hardest part of the job is the lifting. Most enjoyable is meeting new people, which is mainly the delivery drivers.

The only thing you will learn is that you are replaceable if you don't agree with everything you are forced to spew at customers. Just don't even bother wasting your time here. Move on to one of their competitors and be happy with what you do.

Sued for wrongful termination. Won lawsuit alot of time spent and legal costs after 4 years of service with stellar proformance reviews. Many directions given from Ontario where head office is located.
