Your day starts at 4am in the morning ,,Driving on very slippery roads,,but there are great people that you get to see every day......you work for 2 weeks then you get 7 days off....you miss your family ...very hard to be away from home ....management is great, co-workers are great,the hardest part of the job is at the end of the day you go to the camp...you don't go home and see your family after work you go to your room and it can be lonely.....

I don't recommend working here whatsoever. If you need a stepping stone in Fort McMurray area this would be alright to get you to the next job. They expect to much for the wage. It's a far drive from town down a road that is hard on your personal vehicle.

The ownership is a joke. 
When the father ran the company, employees were appreciated and treated like family.
It’s only a matter of time before his kids run this company into the ground.
Favouritism, nepotism is the key to working here and not being miserable.

my favorite job/company by far! the people were great and i was always busy.  i felt like part of a family here. only left because fort mac camp life was not for me. if i could do the same job in my own city for this company i would jump on it.

Streamline is a medium size company with a hands on owner. Great  people to work for and a good crew to work with. Good pay. Good time off 14/7 or 21/7.

it was a great place to work for. Unfortunately with the low oil prices things have been harsh on them and their employees. I wish them best of luck in the near fute.

Great bunch of people, fun environment, good equipment, always busy and I was earning a good living. Always something new everyday, fostered a team environment.

This is a terrible place to work and you will not get any respect from the idiot owners of this private company 
Managment and Human Resources are useless

Excellent company to work for, good benefits, fare wages and lots of opportunity for training and moving into different positions if wanted. Would work for again.

Management was very unbalanced and unorganized, made for difficult and confusing tasks. new jobs were being assigned before previous job was able to be completed.
