At the Strom Spa its simple you are a number made to produce maximum profits no one cares about the quality of your work or who you are as a person they want the client to come in empty their pockets and leave. The work areas are dirty food is horrible everything is expensive you cant even get a decent bath robe. Management are a bunch of out of touch boomers that use malicious tactics to extract the maximum amount of profits from you. The pay is so horrible they don't even list it. The reception is a bunch of high schoolers that are payed minimum wage and don't wanna work there. 

The best part of working there was the team, amazing energy and it always felt good going to work.
But the overall company is focused on their own profit and disregard transparency, clear communication and keeping promises made to employee. The supervisors are as much victims of this as regular employee. With time it became draining and dissatisfaction was oozing from everyone working there.

The management is ordinary, especially in the cleaning services department. Micro-managing from  bosses that are not working in the same department. Low salary compared to other cleaning services. They keep adding responsabilities on your shoulders. Bad communication. No insurances.

Great people, gorgeous and calm work place! All employees have access to the spa under certain conditions!! It feels like you are working in a Scandinavian paradise, and the uniforms are cute 

A company that makes this much money should be able to pay its employees properly. 
Nobody seems to enjoy working there, even the supervisors. 
You will have nice colleagues and free entry to the spa!

You would get to work and mostly do prep or help the line cook with service. the other workers there are very sociable and always enjiy a chat during free time.

I loved my experience at Strom Spa. I made friends and acquired a lot of valuable customer service experience. Work benefits are great, management too! Would definitely recommend.

You create a lot of ties within the team and when they aren’t a lot of people, the time still goes fast because we talk and joke around a lot. . . . .
